12 of us stayed, we all loved it.
Pros:

Pretty much everything.
Staff were so friendly and helpful, before and during the stay.
Rooms were decent size, comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was good.
Nice to have a lounge/library to use as well.
Dog friendly.
Location is excellent for the Royal Albert Hall.

I may have to ring up to find out what mattresses they use as it was really comfy for me (thats obviously personal taste).

Cons:

The following would not put me off staying here again. More for awareness.

Not really disabled friendly due to it being an older building. This is not the fault of the hotel. A member of our group uses a walking stick and they managed the steps in/out the building and there is a smaller lift.

Pros:

We've been once before around the time we got together and were so immensely impressed that for our anniversary this year we returned - couldn't have been more special. They really took care of us and went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after, making a special effort to recognise our anniversary. The staff are genuine and their hospitality felt warm and natural. We honestly can't wait to come back whenever we're in London - although we'll make sure we don't wait a whole year until we do! Thank you so much to everyone at The Gore x

Perfection
Pros:

The check in was smooth and the staff were super helpful from the outset. We booked a weekend stay with breakfast included. George made sure we got a booking for dinner which included a 15% discount. We also made use of the hotel bar. The cocktails were fabulous, and we could not fault the food. We got an upgraded room which was perfectly appointed for our needs. The hotel is a short walk from South Kensington underground and we enjoyed walking around Kensington Gardens before heading to the airport on Sunday.

Save for the above - exceptional!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional.

Cons:

On check in we were told that we had afternoon tea included and could have the afternoon that afternoon or the following day; on check out that wasn’t the case and we had to pay an extra £150
