It’s beautiful oldy world, amazing staff and perfect location. It also has fabulous history from The Rolling Stones famous parties there. A wonderful Italian bartender took us on a private tour and concocted tailor made cocktails for us!

Rooms little small, but had everything. Breakfast was a bit slow and disorganised. But very tasty.
Lovely boutique hotel with amazing furnishings
Room bath kept filling up with water and coffee machine in bedroom didn’t work also got all the breakfast charges mixed up from the minute we booked to the minute we left but we’re rectified when we mentioned them.

Using a wheelchair at the moment following some ankle surgery and the staff were extremely helpful.
The bathroom in our room could do with some maintenance and decoration.
We had a lovely upgraded room for my partner's 50th birthday but i am sure all the rooms would be lovely. Friendly courteous staff and amazing food. Couldn't fault it.

Didn't rate the Hotel much, stayed in much better for a fraction of the cost we paid, room was much smaller than pictures on the Internet, they said when we arrived that they upgraded the room,but the room was the one we booked originally, looking at the reviews people are saying that they are having the room upgraded but there not, they probably say that to make you feel better, wouldn't go back there, sorry.

Gorgeous hotel in general, with stunning rooms and friendly and helpful staff.
Super location for Albert Hall and Kensington Palace/Park. Really cute Hotel, super Bar, lovely staff.

Wonderful bar and library where we could relax. The room was cosy with a very comfortable bed and great toiletries provided.
Shame that the restaurant was closed on the Sunday night of our stay.
Historical design, close to Kensington park and Royal Albert Hall.
The shower would not switch to ceiling water flow properly. And generally it feels a bit overpriced.
