We were being taken out for dinner and a gig at the RAH so it was a perfect location. The bar was lively after the gig which was very cool. Loved the old style London House vibe and the little window seat in our room. Small and cosy for one night only.
Great hotel in a fantastic location
The hotel was really lovely, and staff very friendly. Beautiful (and quirky) place :)
I use booking.com so that i can pay up front and know the accommodation is paid for. Unfortunately when i came to settle the bill with The Gore they decided to add nearly £15 per room accommodation service charge. I was very disappointed but I didnt feel i could argue about it when the invoice had been printed and we were stood at the desk with other customers watching on.
In centro a Londra, hotel in stile classico inglese . Ottima la colazione
Nulla
It's in a great location for the South Kensington area and Hyde Park. Breakfast was excellent
There are 5 floors but the small lift only goes up to the 4th floor. It wasn't a problem for us but can imagine other guests with mobility challenges having issues. The water pressure in the shower was very poor as was the signal on the TV
Location was great for where we needed to be, staff were very helpful and the bed was very comfortable
The room was incredibly small, the access would be impossible for a lot of people being in the loft and the shower did not work at all
It was great getting to our room as there was a lift
The room was very spacious and well equipped
The staff were also very attentive and the breakfast was excellent could fault it
This is not the first time we have stayed here we use every time we come to the Royal Albert hall always the same excellent service
Nothing NIL zero
Staff were good
The room was underwhelming. For the price paid, we were very disappointed with the size of the bedroom and the facilities. The bathroom needs to be updated, shower wasn’t great, and then little things like the coffee machine barely worked and there’s hardly any mirrors which my wife found frustrating for doing makeup before a wedding we were attending. Also when you leave they apply a 5% service charge on the price paid for each night there, for the drinks we had and for breakfast when we left. Living off its name.
The hotel is close to the parks and an easy walk into the centre of London. The bar and restaurant are fabulous. We came to London for a show at the Royal Albert Hall. The V&A and Natural History Museum are close by. Great location!
