There wasn't any sunlougers has pictured plus I was put off using the pool becos there was no control.. guests didn't wear swimwear and didn't shower b4 using the pool jumping straight in the pool with their pants on ..
This hotel didn't accept my payment they made me pay them direct to their bank account in ruppes which cost me more

The ambience, staff, location of hotel. Rooms were neay and clean. Food was also good.
Only 2 small water bottles were provided however we are 3 members. Additional bottles were charged over and above the market rates.

The location of the hotel is wonderful no doubt. Hotel is very clean. The only thing i liked was the decor.
Well i have a very long list of complains i had to face during the stay.
1. I arrived at the hotel early since room was not ready which is completely fine. Hence i came around 3pm for check in but I was still made wait the receptionist is too busy handling personal issues over guest issues. Trice he called me at the reception for check in and then he asked me to sit for 5mins back to back. During the formalities i was explained the rules and regulations of the hotel your previous review shared by the other guest exactly i had to face the same issue. So i had a bad check in experience. For every question or request the answer NO!!!!! Is what I heard during the stay.
2. Post check in since I was told everything is charging in the room. I decided to check the room thoroughly. The following error i found in the room.
* WC Flush cover broken
* Air conditioner was broken
*Mini bar fridge was not working and used water bottle kept in the mini bar.
* Muddy Marks on the walls.
* Wifi in the room was not working.
* Bath towels had stains.
3. Staff Behavior
* I am hotelier and its a basic, being a hospitality professional the staff needs to stop acting casually. The man from Chennai was pathetic, he really needs to stop being casual and act atleast polite with the guest. I was made felt embarrassed while explaining the rules and regulations at the reception as if i was checking in some dormitory. The room which he gave me was already given to someone else before and it had used water bottle. So please do not try to stick such rooms to anyone since m a hotelier i know what he was trying to do. Requests are attended after 45 to 1 hour.
* i approached the reception around 22.30hrs to settled the bill firstly i was not allowed to settle the bill and was told by the receptionist to settle in the morning. Well am i supposed to stay according to the receptionist or is he paying on my behalf, what's happening here i do not understand.
* The F&B was superb.

wifi was terrible….every one in my group was working for a couple of days and we desperately needed wifi…first of all my room got not wifi signal and then i found a spot with full signal but the speed was hardly 1 mbps. I am not going to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a workation.

No proper response. If u order something they deliver something else. Then also they will you order this one only. After confirming two times.
This is my third stay in hotel.
Excellent staff, very helpful. We had a comfortable stay at Amara grand. Great location as well.
