Cons:

Room does not look like photos at all. The 3 triple bedroom was quite small. Reception does not seem helpful but guess can't expect much since this is just like a motel and can't expect much services.

Disappointing
Pros:

The family running the hotel is friendly but were not able to provide sufficient service because they have limited understanding of English.
The staff who communicated with me in English was not around.

Cons:

1. It is definately not a 4 star hotel as stated at Booking.com website....misleading.
2. Facilities stated in booking website was not provided in room....no wardrobe, no hangers, no kettle, no tea and coffee, tv not working.
3. A huge opening near to ceiling at top of wall in the bathroom. If a pervert was to climb up a ladder ....then he would see guest bathing and pooping. ( why is there an opening ???)
4. Shelves in room dirty...dead flies were stuck to the shelves

Pros:

Right in the center, just some minutes to the beach. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, big market, activites,...even drug store, 24/7 convenient mart in walking distance
Large, clean room. Comfortable bed, bigger than in others I stayed
Brillliant staffs, welcome me from outside. Give me clear information, help me to book nice tours
Bteakfast is fantastic.
No doubt to be back

Vị trí cực kỳ trung tâm, xung quanh rất nhiều hàng quán ăn ngon, cơ sở vật chất còn mới; phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ yên tĩnh và thoải mái. Nhân viên cũng rất lịch sự và chu đáo. Chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại đây.
