Впечатление осталось с большой горечью, желания вернуться в этот отель отсутствует полностью

Вид с окна большой комнаты

Cons:

Вид с окна в другой комнате переходящий в другой номер к чужим людям
Поломанная вся сантехника, несоответствие описанных услуг на сайте и факта, грязный номер. Завтраки как отельный вид искусства требующие к себе особого внимания. « при условии высказывания гречку испортить невозможно, умудрились ее сжечь 😀

Местоположение, услужливый, вежливый, готовый помочь персонал, комфортные кровати и шикарные завтраки.

Cons:

Это скорее мелочи, но когда был дождь с балконной двери натекла лужа (её вытерли, все хорошо), дверь в туалет закрывалась сама, приходилось подпирать чем-то. Несмотря на то, что у нас номер с доп кроватью был заказан, не было готова кровать, сама попросила белье и её застелила (дали простынь, а наволочку и пододеяльник нет), нт через несколько часов пришли клинеры и сделали все правильно

Incompetenti, maleducati e approfittatori

Tutto è andato storto, a cominciare dall'indirizzo della prenotazione che corrispondeva ad un altro hotel e ci ha costretto a chiedere in altre strutture se lo conoscevano, poi arrivati la prima cosa che ho chiesto è se avevano veramente il parcheggio motivo per cui avevo scelto questo hotel e dopo risposte vaghe mi è stato detto che c'era e pertanto ho confermato la prenotazione e mi è stato chiesto 108 gel ed io ho dato 110 gel ma non ho visto il resto che per quanto non siano molti deve essere una mia scelta di fare una mancia, comunque dopo che ho scaricato la moto apprendo che il receptionista non ha le chiavi del garage e che più tardi arrivano quindi nel frattempo essendo le 19:00 andiamo a cambiarci alle 20:00 scendiamo, ma ancora non ha le chiavi, attendiamo inutilmente fino alle 21:00 così mi dice di parcheggiare davanti all'ingresso ed io lo avviso che se dopo cena non ha le chiavi avrei parcheggiato nella hall. Torniamo alle 24:00 ma ancora nulla così nonostante le sue proteste ho parcheggiato nella hall e siamo andati a dormire. Dopo 10 minuti è squillato il telefono dove mi diceva di aver trovato le chiavi, mi sono rivestito e sono sceso ed ho trovato la moto girata a forza e pronta per uscire dalla hall e mi ha accompagnato nel parcheggio. L'indomani ho visto che la moto era sicuramente caduta su una delle valigie abbiamo fatto colazione e ci siamo detti che in questo hotel non avremmo mai più messo piede...

Pros:

Много места, большая удобная кровать и главное удобные подушки. В номере были вода, чай, кофе, сахар, полотенца и в целом все необходимое.
Хороший завтрак- шведский стол и довольно большой выбор всего.

Cons:

Дверь на балкон плохо открывалась и закрывалась.

Spacious, spotless room in a perfect location with friendly staff
Pros:

I stayed in an upgraded two-room unit, which was huge, very clean, and well-maintained. The location is perfect - just a 4-minute walk to the Sheraton Hotel and 8–10 minutes to the sea. Breakfast is quite normal.
The staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The bathroom sink and toilet were a bit old in this room, but everything was clean, and they also offered daily room cleaning.
