Very good hotel to stay
Pros:

The room is excellent, clean and the hospitality is good. The receptions are very helpfull.
Mb Naya and pak hary security they both are my favorite staff among other hotel. This is recommended place to stag when you visit semarang central java.

1박 숙박 느낌
Pros:

그쪽 지역에 비즈니스급은 하나라 할수없이 묵었는데..호텔 직원들이 친절한데 영어가 잘 소통이 안되서 힘들었다. 방은 평범한 느낌. 외부소음 에 대한 방음 시설이 안좋다.
아침식사는 위생이 안좋다. 파리가 날라다니는 곳이라서 음식을 맛있게 못 먹었다.

Pros:

1. Please provide smoking room
2. Provide Shower Hose
3. Coffee shop better open 24 hours
4. More Variable menu on breakfast, like: somay, batagor, Chicken Soup, Lamb, etc.
5. Need to soften the bread, specially croissant

pleasant experience while staying at Hotel Horison Nindya Semarang
Pros:

I'm very happy to stay at Hotel Horison Nindya Semarang. the hotel lobby is good, lots of photo spots. the receptionist is also full of help, yesterday when I check in I was served a welcome drink which was very tasty and fresh. for the room it's also clean, good view, breakfast has many variations. next time will stay here again

Unclean and moldy room
Pros:

Spent only 1 night and not coming back for sure. Room needs a total renovation, it was dirty and moldy. Brown spots on walls and ceiling (see picture). Molds in the bathroom.
Floor feels sticky like it wasn't cleaned properly. Found random hairs on floor, probably from previous guest. Shower tiles were dirty like it was never cleaned for years.
Towels were also stained (picture attached), no bath mat was given. Didn't even bother to ask housekeeping though.
I rarely give 1 star review, but felt the need to write one since I feel all the gloating reviews from other users are misleading.
I understand the pandemic hit really hard to the hospitality industry but cleanliness is basic and should be more of a concern.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

We stayed one night for a conference. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was well-stocked. Excellent service. Would stay here again.

Pros:

Lokasi strategis persis sebelah Lippo Plaza. Kamar lumayan besar dan tertata sangat baik, k.mandi dg bathtube hanya biasanya setau saya bintang 4 tersedia handuk kecil juga. Untuk makanan breakfast cukup baik, hanya meja untuk 4 orang kurang banyak, kurang enak kalau digabung2. Pelayanan baik dan ramah.

Pros:

1. No wardrobe to hang clothes except for few open hangers...insufficient for 2 ladies sharing a room;
2. No place to hang wet clothes in the toilet;
3. Safe not functioning.... Staff should check before next guests check-in;
4. No didicated iron & iron board in each room;
5. Blockage in the shower not addressed after few complains;
6. High time to replace new bath towels;
7. Bedsheets should be changed regularly/daily;
8. Staff soft spoken, pleasant & well mannered
