地點鄰近警固神社，一家六口出遊住宿的好地方。
Pros:

洗衣烘衣與煎煮食物都方便，室內有三個房間彼此休息也比較不會被影響。

Cons:

隔音稍嫌不足，不過尚可接受。

Pros:

1. 訂房後收到住宿通知，原本以為只是簡單的確認通知，後來才發現老闆提供了一個雲端資料夾連結，裡面包含周邊美食、逛街及景點旅遊的資訊～十分貼心
2. 我們是2人入住，房間小巧精簡、應有盡有，且乾淨整齊。實際入住後發現內部擺設與官方照片相比略有不同，活動空間還算可以接受，床鋪下能平放兩個26吋行李箱～
3. 遇到問題或臨時有狀況，在booking上傳訊息，老闆都很願意協助處理及回覆～退房後可在大廳自助寄放行李（有繩鎖）
4. 在天神商圈的小巷弄內，鬧中取靜，附近有許多排隊美食，離警固神社、唐吉訶德、大國藥妝都很近～
5. 稍微美中不足的地方是，浴室沒有插座，所以我們把吹風機拿到房間內使用；隔音的部分因住在最靠近大門口的第一間，有人經過時能聽到腳步聲及交談聲，但都還在可接受範圍內，不影響住宿體驗。
如果下次有機會再來福岡旅遊的話，會想試試看住更大的房型～

Generally clean. And for those who wants to shop at Tenjin, it is a good location.
Pros:

As the property is quite a distance from the train stations, the bus stops nearby is a plus.

Cons:

The loft bed and the ceiling is too near. As such you have to bend or crawl when u go to bed. There is a portion on the ceiling jutting out so u might bang ur head when u are getting up.

住宿地點離地鐵站不會很遠，走路十分鐘左右可抵達，走路三分鐘可抵達公車站，可以搭公車至博多站，交通方便
房間內有洗衣機、廚房、冰箱(有冷藏和冷凍分開)可使用，很方便
整體空間規畫良好，三人入住，行李箱都可以全開

沒有浴缸稍嫌可惜

Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage in einer tollen Umgebung mit vielen schönen Geschäften und Restaurants. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, die nächste Bahn- und Busstation ist aber auch nicht weit entfernt, um Tagesausflüge zu unternehmen. Das Personal war sehr nett, das Bett bequem und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet.

Pros:

在天神商店街旁，位置很好，針對自駕旅客，旁邊也有停車場，此次住宿是4個人，房間是3個日式床墊加上一個小單人床，衛浴分開&小型簡易廚房+微波爐，活動區域放4個29吋行李箱要整理沒問題.
洗衣機設置在頂樓，有烘衣機(30分/100日圓)，也可以在頂樓外曬衣服，不過風大易把衣服吹掉要固定好，吸煙區也在頂樓！

Cons:

洗衣機&烘衣機都只有一台，若同時有人要使用須排隊！

Pros:

位置在天神市中心旁，要吃東西附近也很多餐廳，環境和照片相同，床也很舒適，看得出有用心在維護，鍋碗瓢盆調味料都有，而且預訂時有說有2歲的孩子一起入住，結果有準備可愛的麵包超人餐具組、市內拖鞋、小椅子及小餐桌，非常貼心🥰
之前看留言有說環境隔音效果不好，入住後其實都是在可忍受範圍內的汽車引擎聲（因為晚上很多改車轟轟聲，不大但低鳴）但只有合式那間窗戶比較有影響，其他間都還好，但小孩可能因為太累所以完全不受影響。
交通方面大概走10分鐘（700m)就是地鐵站，因為走的過程都很熱鬧，所以一下就走到，如果是家庭或是朋友出遊，非常推薦唷👍👍

Quelques ajustements à prévoir mais appartement que je recommande les yeux fermés.
Pros:

Son emplacement qui est au top et l appartement est très fonctionnel avec machine à laver dans l appartement et tout les équipements nécessaires. Je n ai manqué de rien
Propreté irréprochable

Cons:

Souci d’insonorisation : on entends les voisins marchaient et surtout toute la nuit un bruit de moteur je pense qui vient du parking d à côté.
De même, il faudrait envisager de mettre des rideaux occultants sur les fenêtres car je ne sais pas d où vient cette lumière mais toute la nuit la pièce est éclairée
Enfin la climatisation est très fonctionnelle mais impossible de dormir avec
