Don't waste your time or money!
Pros:

I've been staying for the past 15 years going to STL Cardinal spring training. Last year we could not get daily room service. we had to chase down someone to give us clean towels. The same thing this year plus the room is full of ants. This is the top tier room but still no service. The phones and internet does not work so you can't even call the front desk. We called the national number from our cell and they tried to call in and they said no one would answer.

Never again.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, variety over the 4 days.
The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The front desk staff was very poor. It took over an hour to check in, including 3 calls to Booking. Then it took another hour 3 days later to straighten out problems they had with the booking. The housekeeping staff did not leave the proper towels on two separate occasions, tho they were apologetic.
The value was poor for the $400 plus price. I would never stay at that property again.
To cleanness was not up to par. There is.much mold in the shower the baseboards through out the property are dirty.

I was disappointed and checked out a day early because of the ants and wifi.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

My room had a severe ant infestation. The WiFi wasn’t working. The desk manager rebooted it and it worked briefly but quit again. House phone was broken and no answer at the front desk to report these issues.

Beautiful place on the outside looked clean.
Pros:

Well, when we first arrived, we opened the door came in so paying for our room and my friend went out to get the license plate number and a rat ran out of the building. We paid for a room. We went to our room and we met some people outside and they said they were leaving cause there was bugs in their room. We went back to our room, picked up the mattress and saw bugs in the bed. We came back to the office, get our money back the young man there said he couldn’t make a copy or a receipt for us so we made him sign a form saying that it will be completely refundable as we weren’t even in the room five minutes I called my credit card and they said it was pending still, I have not Received The full refund. Very, very disappointed and disgusted with your place when I called him back again I said it didn’t go through the refund process yet and he said oh and by the way, there were no bedbugs. I don’t think he knew what he was looking for, but we saw them they were jumping.!

Great place… probably best deal in the area

I loved my room. It was spacious and comfy . I was able to take a short walk and use a local gym …. The breakfast was excellent… even the coffee was decent

Not up to Holiday Inn Express standards
Pros:

Dump. Poor customer service. Live roach. Was on chat the nite before stay to secure hypoallergenic feather-free pet-free room with five foam pillows. That usually means deep cleaning after a pet stay. Reminded front desk at check in. Was told it is a pet friendly hotel. Was given room with two foam and two feather pillows. Questioned condition of room and was told it has new carpet. Two foam pillows were dropped off in room while we were out. Feather pillows were left on the bed. Live roach under my shoes on floor next morning...then crawled up the wall. Def not Holiday Inn Express level. More like a redone Roadway Motel. But rate was over $250. Dump.
