Excellent stay in cute updated hotel with nice grounds and excellent access to the beach and friendly helpful staff. Goo
Pros:

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I rsoecislly enjoyed working with Mikaela who was very helpful answering all my questions and meeting my requests. Nice decor and beachy design, updated, good bed and chairs. Bonus amenities with use of beach chair , umbrella, and bike. Easy walk to a great section of Juno beach.

Cons:

Accidentally caused burning in microwave, which was too easy to do with knob time control when use to modern touch key models. Barely turned knob but it was too much- scary- resulting in smoke in room which staff responded to quickly. Also patio door didn’t lock first night but staff also repaired in a timely matter.

Pros:

La ubicacion, la habitacion confortable.

Cons:

Los ultimos dias tuvimos problemas con la descarga del inodoro, la provision de jabon y la limpieza del piso del baño y de la entrada a la habitacion. Hicimos el pedido correspondiente y no fue atendido. La descarga del baño la repare yo.

Beautiful with a short walk to the beach
Pros:

Clean, beautiful, quiet, very nice breakfast, walking distance to the beach. However, the beach was covered in seaweed which I understand is natural, but perfect if an area had been cleared out for people to sit and enjoy the ocean.

Pros:

I chose this hotel last minute because of its convenient beach access, which was a major factor in my decision. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing.
One of the biggest issues was the shower— it took about 30 minutes for the water to get warm enough to use. We had to turn it on well in advance and leave it running for the next person, which was very inconvenient.
Additionally, there were ants throughout the room, including in the bed. I reported this to the front desk, and while they apologized, they mentioned that other guests had been experiencing the same issue.
Overall, the location is great, but the maintenance and cleanliness issues made our stay uncomfortable.
