Very clean. Efficient and pleasant staff. They go the extra mile . One of the best Hamptons I’ve stayed in! The indoor Pool is very nice too and the long hours are appreciated. .
The air freshener in the halls and lobby is a little too strong for my taste.

Lack of communication nor any type of greeting at arrival during the late shift. It is important to greet people and make them feel welcome.When you make that first impression at any place of business. This is lacking in many places. Other than this, the whole experience was great. I would definitely stay again.
The breakfast area looked nice
The air conditioning had been completely shut off in this room for sometime. The room was humid, and foul smelling. The bed was very uncomfortable. This is the first time we have ever left a hotel, without spending the night. We were there an hour, and left.
All common areas and our room were very clean. Every staff member was pleasant and helpful. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Location was very convenient. Nice free breakfast with decent variety. Good coffee in lobby.
There were not any parking spots in the hotel lot when we returned at midnight after attending a concert. We were told to park at another hotel lot and cross a grassy area to get to hotel. The rooms don’t have microwaves. The pool was not open due to an issue.
Good location
Our tv didn’t work, finally by 2:30 am we were switched to a different room. No parking - had to park on a different property. Wasn’t very clean and one towel in the room
