Pros:

It was updated and easy on and off the interstate

Cons:

The shower was modern but the corners and shower door tracks had pink mold on them. There was no regular comfy chair. Only 1 ok desk chair. Uncomfortable for 1 to sit on bed all night

Probably willing to pay more for the other hotels in area.

Cons:

Room was cold - heat turned off when we arrived.
Employees were on their phones w loud videos when not helping us. Their service was good otherwise.

The staff was very good and helpful, the rooms very clean, the free breakfast was great.
Pros:

The first day after our first night we went back to the hotel to rest. There was banging and noise for several hours in the afternoon. We understand about cleaning the rooms. But it disturbed us. It doesn’t result in lower rating.

Cons:

I don’t know what could be done other the softer door closers. The doors to the rooms close with a banging noise.

It was a great stay, we will stay again in the future.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Check in was very simple. Location was great. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

change out towels/garbage every day versus every other like happened to us. We weren't aware that they weren't changing every day. Just communicate a little better, that's all.
