Cons:

I booked a room with 2 Queen Beds and was given a room with 1 Queen bed. Their reasoning was that the room was in a "newer" part of the hotel, but I didnt see any difference in the two buildings they were referring to, the entire hotel seems quite old. I believe they could'nt provide the room I was booked for and decided to give me whatever they had and expected me to deal just with it. They were'nt even professional enough to offer me some other kind of accomodation as a courtesy. I will not stay there again

The room is clean very tidy staff were very nice anything you need it they were right there when it was needed I can't wait to book this place for the third time and I'm looking forward to come back in April

No way to communicate with Booking .com to get reimbursement

Pros:

Could blatantly see hallway under and around door from inside the room. Dead bolt did not lock. Door could not lock. Stains all over towels so could not shower. Carpet ?stained? Burned? Light above bed nearly falling off wall, feared falling onto child sleeping in bed so had to remove glass cover. People in lobby (9pm) smelled of marijuana
and acting oddly. Horrible accommodation for the price; having to stay due to airline canceling flight

The staff, the room, the hallway to the room. There were stains everywhere, dust on the phone, old torn furniture, dirt in the bathroom and under the microwave

Will not stay here again.
Pros:

Didn’t have it. Left at 3:30 am for a flight.

Cons:

The tv didn’t work. No wifi and coffee maker didn’t work either. Not happy at all.
