My room was not properly cleaned...room was pricey for midweek stay and I found ice cream in my fridge, which means it wasn't cleaned between stays...I began to wonder what else was not properly cleaned ur sanitized...I could have stayed at a cheaper hotel to feel like that...At first, manager on duty told me no one was available to clean my fridge, then he came to do it himself...next morning spoke with management at checkout..they pretended to care and mentioned a refund..but never followed through ..also occupants next door argued and cursed for a while...

Hot and dirty with a rude manager.
Pros:

Close to home needed one night local due to moving.

Cons:

Checked in late. Air didn't work. There was roach or some kind of bug in the bathroom in the morning. When I told the front desk the initial woman was very nice then she got a manager who was rude and asked why I didn't go to the desk in the middle of the night about the air and told me to take it up with booking.com. I've put a complaint in. No response.

Pros:

Breakfast was pretty solid.
The pool and adjoining outdoor areas were nice.
Parking was more than adequate.
Close to a decent shopping center.
Room was comfortable and roomy, nice access to the pool area.
Microwave and fridge worked nicely.
They happily allowed us to store luggage after we checked out (we went to the beach).

Cons:

The shower had low water pressure.
The reading lights were broken when we arrived, and the room safe was not installed.
They forgot to leave us (any!) towels the second morning.

I liked our balcony and the way the room looked
The reading lights attached to the regular lights between the beds were neat.

Cons:

My room was changed without my consent. I booked a single bed facing the pool and my husband and I got double beds facing the parking lot. Also, the shower stayed cold and was very weak.

Wednesday breakfast was being managed by a male employee. He did not replenish empty food items the entire 45 minutes that I sat in the breakfast room. There was little left to choose from. Other mornings breakfast was managed by women and it ran exceptionally well.

Comfortable hotel in a central location.
Pros:

The location is good for local events. Easy parking and access to the building.

Cons:

No service when you have an issue. My calls to front desk went unanswered and when I walked over to ask for help with an ac issue the person at the front desk was not helpful and did not offer service to fix the issue.

Relaxing, stay and clean and modern hotel
Pros:

We are most impressed with the beautiful pool and surrounding seating area. The breakfast was also really great and the coffee machine was amazing. We were very impressed with the modern decor and room plus it was very comfortable.

Great soot to relax
Pros:

Absolutely love coming to this spot. It’s very close to lots of local attractions, restaurants, stores….etc. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool was clean and well maintained. Loved the outdoor seating and fire pit. Rooms are comfy and clean. Cant wait for our next visit.
