I’d stay here again because it was comfortable and prime location. They just need to work on hospitality.
Pros:

I like the location, the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like the front desk staff. During my 4 night stay, I met three different front desk attendants. They were unfriendly, lack personality, and one of them actually had the audacity to tell me I needed to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and hand towels that were missing from my room.
My next complain is housekeeping, although the cleaning was great, they forgot on multiple occasions to stock up my on clean towels and toiletries.
Shout out to the breakfast lady. She was the best and only staff member that actually said hi and was pleasant. She helped with breakfast and was hospitable. Something the front desk needs to learn.
I also wasn’t to mention how when you check in they hand you like a two page contract and just wants you to sign, like not even an explanation. I had to ask what is this you want me to sign. Just weird.

not to have bugs in my room. I called the hotel manager of the property and she never called back. I was given the card to another executive, who did call me back with a very nasty attitude. I will not stay at this property when I visit New Jersey
