Cons:

I reserved a room with a king size bed. Room 146 they gave me and it reeked of musty mildew smell. The windows were so dirty you could not see out of them. I complained and they gave me a different room only no ling size bed. The hall ways were dirty. The entire place was filthy. I will never book there again.

It served a space to stay but didn't check the mark for being a family friendly cozy stay.
Pros:

The location and price point were good. The front desk staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hotel smelled like smoke. There were weird stains everywhere in and outside the room. Things were falling apart and holes everywhere. I didn't feel 100% safe staying here.

beds were comfortable, room was spacious
easy to find, right off interstate
a waffle house restaurant beside for a quick meal

Cons:

Air conditioner was not functioning properly
tub caulking missing or separating
different odour, may have been a cleaning agent but not sure

Would not recommend for families with kids.

The front desk representative was kind and understanding of my request to cancel!

Cons:

The facility seemed like a local hangout place due to the lounge area. Smelled like smoke in the common areas. Once checked in, our room smelled like urine when we walked in. The floors looked like they had been mopped then walked all over. The adjoining door to next room had a dirty toothbrush in the doorway and my toddler saw it and put it in his mouth. After this, I went front desk and let them know and requested to cancel our stay.
