It's super ghetto. The room door was off track the floor was cracked. Breakfast was not up to my standards. I will pay more so I want end up in a dump like thus hotel. Never again

They need better trained hospitality staff the house leeping are Indian , dont speak English either!

the night front desk person was so rude put me in a room where the refrigerator wasnt working when i called him he ignored the phone playing video games on his phone & yelled at me saying i’ll givd you your full refund check out now?? Can you imagine at 11 pm at night!!!

Cons:

Tub faucet dripped. Caulking was moldy around tub. Refrigerator did not work. There was a hole in the wall covered by painters tape. Breakfast was abysmal.

I did not stay because they let me book a 2 room suite when they did not even have that actual optio

The guy behind the counter kept his cool while his boss was yelling profanities at me because I was upset that I booked a bedroom suite but they did not have that option. He told me "don't f***ing tell me how to run my business" and threatened to have me arrested because when I dropped the room keys into a dollar store basket on the counter, the basket slipped off the counter ledge & onto the floor so he said I attacked his employees.
I booked a 2 room suite which was NOT available even at that time (3 days prior) so that is FALSE ADVERTISING. Then I was stuck 4 hours from home and had to book a room that was twice the cost. I could have gotten an air bnb entire house for the price I had to pay so I could sleep on a couch in a hotel.

Cons:

They could show actual photos of actual rooms instead of lying about what they actually have.

I liked the location of the property close to the reason I was there.

Cons:

I didn’t like the cleanest of the room. There was dirty towels hanging in the back of the bathroom door. Food still left in the refrigerator from the previous people. I feel like they need to slow down when cleaning rooms and make sure everything is checked.
