The worst experience in my 56 years of travel!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing! It is NOTHING like the photo! This “hotel” is uninhabitable! My room reeked of cigarettes and molded carpet. There was mold in the bathroom, stains on the carpet and one chair. It was awful! I will report it to the Health Department!

Cons:

This hotel is uninhabitable! I was there 30 minutes and left. The light had a short and flickered as we entered, cigarette smoke and old molded carpet permeated the room. The screen on the window was ripped in half and mold was all around the bathroom! Surely the pure existence of this establishment is a Health violation!

Terrible and will not stay there again.

Convenient to where we were visiting

Cons:

Not very clean, side door broken so anyone could get into the building, had to ask for towels, no coffee or cups in room, mold in shower and around sink, very bad odor on floor with carpet stained and disgusting. Not the best experience. The dining area was disgusting, juice spilled all over tables and floor, food spilled on no floor, and juice machine broken. Very disappointed in condition of hotel. Will not stay there again. Lots of foot traffic in and out of hotel of non guests. Did not feel very safe there.

Blown away
Pros:

First off when I walked in the door front desk checked me in & I was up in my room in less then 4 min. The room was 3 to 4 stars, breakfast was an easy 4 stars. Very clean & well kept. My new favorite hotel. Thank you Jack who worked the front desk

Pros:

The location was ideal for my trip and there were wide variety of restaurants near by. If I were to go back to that area I would definitely book this hotel again. Great parking very convenient well lit area and felt very safe.

Cons:

I really had no issues the breakfast could be a little bigger but the coffee was amazing so no gripe here.

The hotel looks a lot nicer in the photos than in reality. The whole thing looks really tired. Broken things mismatched together, hallways/stairways smell like feces, vomit, and various kinds of smoke. Carpets stained, walls stained and marked up, just looking really rough. Not what ide expect from something with the Radisson name - lack of integrity for sure. I needed to have my room changed 3x before I got one that was alright. The first had a pungent odor - like spoiled milk and wet cigarettes. The second had the bathroom sink dumping water out the pipes onto the floor with the tub not draining and backing up with solids? Really nasty stuff. The third room was the best out of the three. It still had an odor- like mold- but considering I had already changed 2x at this point, I just dealt with it. Staff changed the room each time and was apologetic, however initially my check in with staff was not good. The hotel was advertised as pet friendly. I have have a service animal, but I always try to book pet friendly anyways because its more convenient. However I was given a hard time about this at the desk and was asked to show medical documentation. No. That is a breach of HIPPA and is quite illegal to ask someone for that. I was told I would be charged a deposit greater than the value of my 3 night stay. I disputed this as its illegal to even charge for service animals. Ultimately I had to pay - again, against the law. They did not seem to care. More worried about me paying if the animal did damage - but the hotel was already a 2/10 clean or 2/10 in terms of how well its put together. Skip it and go to the next is my advice. Dont fall for the nice photos in the ad.
