Accueil très sympathique et très confortable pour une dernière nuit
Pros:

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l’hôtel avant de visiter la ville et de nous rendre à l’aéroport.
L’hôtel était très bien placé, nous avons pu nous garer devant sans difficulté.
La chambre est relativement petit mais suffisante pour une nuit à deux. Le lit était très confortable et le personnel adorable.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le Barman avec qui nous avons pu regarder les matchs de foot qui est restait à nos côtés toute la soirée !

Cons:

La salle de sport et le spa sont très petit. Il ne faut pas choisir cette hôtel pour s’y détendre. Mais ils ont le mérite d’être présent.
Manque de pression sous la douche qui alterne chaud/froid en continue mais cela est plus du aux problèmes de canalisation du pays.

Pros:

Place was clean and quiet, our room was big and the beds had a good size. The area is nice and well maintained. Breakfast was fine, they have a mix of buffet but fixed main dish.

Cons:

only 2 or 3 parking spots, if the hotel is full, you will have to pay for parking on a nearby parking lot, 5k (Colones) for a night, this is not informed thought booking, gym facilites where not working (it was just 2 machines), The jacuzzi area is in front of the "gym", and you have to inform the receptionist that you will use it at a certain time to activate it. Apparently they have a new administration and some stuff have to be changed on the Booking's description. For some reason there was a missing tv control in our room but it was fixed. Booking description says that sockets where nearby the beds and there were all filled with the lamps cords or phone or with the alarm, for 4 people we had o take turn with the only socket found under the table, or else with the bathroom socket. Room advertised microwave, fridge and coffee maker, and just one was true, the coffee maker but did not provide any coffee bags or tea, for some reason they didn't had any. The food in the restaurant affect some of us and you can sense the waiter is a very anxious guy, I hope he can find support cuz he did his job well. The receptionist was very indifferent, when she could help she could, but then in other stuff was unhelpful, she decided that all the things that couldn't been resolved was Booking's fault. Overall mid place.

Un poco decepcionada
Pros:

Habitación pequeña y muy obscura. Baño igual.
No manera después de más de 10 mn de tener agua caliente en la ducha…y este día era muy frió en San José …

Hotel pasable para una noche. Camas cómodas y amplitud de la habitación
El desayuno bueno aunque para un hotel de 4 estrellas tiene muy poca variedad.

Cons:

Habitaciones con polvo, y poco cuidadas. La limpieza no está muy bien hecha.

Cons:

Pésimo servicio de parqueo , le dicen a uno que tienen un convenio con el parqueo que queda cerca del hotel , pero al final no tienen ningún convenio terminan cobrando 5 mil colones por 5 horas y no por toda la noche
