Pros:

The room was big enough to have a comfortable stay, and the hotel was really clean and nice, all accomodations were perfect, the waiter on the breakfast was extremly nice to us and our daughter, and his service was excellent

Cons:

TV didn't work out at first, and we have to look for a work around since it was late at night and the man on the reception didn't have the enough knowledge or will to help until a support was there at the other day in the morning were the staf try to help us solve it, but as I mention we work it out our selves

El desayuno incluído era demasiado rico y variado ,la amabilidad de todo el personal desde el muchacho de recepción hasta la señora de limpieza y el chef súper amable ,todos nos hicieron sentir como en casa y súper limpio todo ,moderno y elegante ,un lugar 100 por ciento acogedor y excelente precio!

Hotel muy tranquilo a pesar de estar cerca de la avenida. El personal super amable, especialmente las personas del desayuno, me dejaron pasar a desayunar 30min antes mientras ellos preparaban y me tenian preparado cafe ,leche y fruta. Por lo menos podia desayunar algo antes de irme a trabajar
La comida, el fin de semana que si podia bajar a desayunar a la hora, buenísima, se notaba que estaba hecha con cariño y esmero.

Cons:

El hotel en si es bastante pequeño, no lo parece en las fotos.
El gimnasio es de risa. No pueden anunciar q hay gimnasio si hay una cinta y una heliptica que además no funcionan. El jacuzzi practicamente lo mismo, muy pequeño y tienes que avisar con antelación para que lo preparen. No lo usé.

Lo mejor fue Carlos y su fantástico desayuno. Salimos todos diciendo que volveríamos por tal de qué ese señor tan entrañable nos preparase de nuevo ese desayuno

La atención de la recepción, en media atención nos dejó por atender el teléfono

El restaurante pésimo, la comida demasiado fea y la atención muy mal, solo un señor atendiendo nos sirvieron la comida,(sopa) sin cuchara y tardaron en traer las cucharas por qué no las encontraban. Las verduras no estaban cocinadas y los precios súper elevados.

Pros:

The hotel was easy to find, in a great location, close to a park for walks, restaurants for meals, and a pharmacy. The room was neat, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the locally inspired breakfast.

Cons:

My complaints are mostly about the differences between the booking.com listing and the actual property. Check-in time was listed as 14:00, but it was actually 15:00. Check-out time was listed as 12:00, but it was actually 11:00. The images on the listing made it appear as if the restaurant also serves lunch and dinner, when it only serves breakfast. My recommendation is to update the listing to correct these inaccuracies.

excelente estadía con muy buen desayuno en una ubicación muy conveniente.
Pros:

la ubicación excelente, la cama super cómoda y si se aislaba los suficiente el ruido externo, el personal super amable, en especial don Carlos a la hora del desayuno super atento y amable.

Cons:

Yo si conseguí parqueo en frente del hotel, pero no cuentan con parqueo propio.
