Cons:

Litle to expensive for this what is offer,is more 3 star than 4 star .Definitely to expensive for this what they offer.Parking very limited,,one small jacuzzi out of time and work.

Śniadanie było dobre, świeże i obsługa podczas śniadania była super.

Cons:

Hotel zmieniał ceny pobytu, musieliśmy nagle kolejnego dnia po rozliczeniu dopłacić za nocleg, więcej niż cena na bookingu. Recepcja nie znała komunikatywnie języka angielskiego i nie była chętna do pomocy, nie mogliśmy się nawet dowiedzieć, czy w nocy można gdzieś kupić pitną wodę. Opis pokoju jest niejasny- apartament z salonem, to tak naprawdę mały pokój dla 5 osób, a rozkładana kanapa owszem- rozkłada się… ale spać można tylko na połowie, to tak jakby się nie rozkładała, a jej długość to zdecydowanie mniej niż standardowe 2m, ciepła woda szybko się kończy.
Hotel zapowiadał się super, niestety zabrakło czegoś co obroni nieprzyjemną obsługę, próbę oszukania nas i niejasny opis. Samo śniadanie to nie wszystko.

No pude probar el desayuno pues me fui muy temprano. el personal es muy amable y está bien ubicado para lo que yo necesitaba. El hotel es un poco antiguo pero es limpio y está bien si lo que necesitas es pasar la noche en san josé.

Creo que es un poco caro para lo que es.

Good value for a basic hotel. Great breakfast. Bit of a trek to the downtown area.

The hotel is good value. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean and the park across the street is a nice place to visit. Good basic hotel.

Cons:

Like most of the hotels we stayed at in CR, the shower is inconsistent in getting hot water and the rooms are very dark and not updated to have places near the bed to plug in phones. No blow dryer in our room (although some did have them). We stayed twice, and with a group, so I got to see a few rooms and I would say that rooms are very inconsistent - some are of a much better standard than others. Location isn't the best for downtown.

Pros:

O hotel possui uma jacuzzi, ótima para relaxar (precisa fazer a reserva na recepção antes do uso), equipe atenciosa, o hotel não tem estacionamento, possuem convênio com estacionamento pago a 20m do hotel.

Cons:

Para um hotel 4 estrelas faltam bastante. No quarto não tem frigobar e apenas uma tomada para carregar o telefone.
Café da manhã com pouca variedade e foram as mesmas opções em todos os dias.
