outlet was just hanging on the floor, the bed sheets had red blood stains on them, the fridge was dirty as shit,
the beds and pillows was way to soft and old

Blood soaked mattress terrible staff.

Well the mattress in the first room had blood and urine stains. And the door in the second room only locked with the deadbolt from the inside. Also, other guests were smoking meth and weed, when I said something about it to the front desk, they said," well call the police" it has been impossible to reach anybody with any authority there do not stay here I repeat do not stay here. I'm not making this up look at the pictures. We have now been a week trying to contact booking has been a week trying to contact this establishment unable to reach anybody and I am unable to get a refund. And what makes it even better they don't fall into the jurisdiction of any health and safety place it appears. I am not exaggerating I wish I were DO NOT STAY HERE.

Excellent staff, very comfortable budget stay.
Pros:

Staff was absolutely FANTASTIC, very communicative. Comfortable bed, once I was asleep I stayed asleep which is rare for me. I felt safe and secure in my room.

Cons:

Hot water wasn’t working at first, but staff was very communicative about it and it was fixed before I needed it to be.

Comfortable room
Pros:

Location was good, near lots of amenities. The room itself made up for the outside appearance of the location. The room was beautiful, comfortable and warm. The front desk attendant was very helpful as well as the housekeeper.

Cons:

The outside had litter, dog feces/urine. The shower could have been cleaner, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
