I didn't like the tub. It looked dirty but it was old dirty stains that couldn't come clean. The microwave kept beeping after warming and had to unplug it

DONT STAY HERE

🚨 WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE! 🚨

This place was absolutely disgusting, and I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere!

First, we were given a non-smoking room despite specifically paying extra for a smoking room. We were then charged an additional $30 to switch rooms. After finally getting a smoking room, we discovered that it had two full-sized beds instead of the king bed we originally booked.

Things only got worse from there. The refrigerator smelled like something had died and been rotting inside it. The smell was so bad it was genuinely gag-worthy. The microwave was rusting and infested with ants, and the absolute worst part? ROACHES EVERYWHERE!

Between the incorrect room, the unexpected extra charge, the disgusting conditions, and the insect infestation, this was completely unacceptable. No guest should have to pay to stay somewhere that is this unsanitary.

I will be demanding a FULL REFUND. Save your money, save yourself the headache, and PLEASE stay somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Couldn't stay there
Pros:

No one would come to the desk to get us checked in. I asked people in the adjoining restaurant and nobody knew how to get them to the front desk. I called the hotel phone and nobody answered and I would like a full refund for both rooms that I booked!!!

Cons:

There was something going on out front with masses of disorderly people drinking outside.

Absolutely nothing. Hoping I will receive a full refund!! Taking my money can be done in a split second but yet returning can take 7-12 business days. Unacceptable to wait that long. If I truly need to book another motel I would have to have money to do that. Thankfully I had a credit card

The sight of the outside of the building was not appealing. Looked like people live there. Trash on ground. The smell of weed in the hallway. Must have been short staffed...couldn't check into room until right at 3pm. One customer came in complaining about changing rooms, something about feds or parole officers coming to see her. The long process of just trying to a refund. The bathroom had no lights!!! Floor needed to be swept. Building stunk. I have never booked a place so filthy before.

I like the staff , I found a white lady in the lobby she care about me she makes sure that the room is ready and clean, but you know they lies a little bit but not her … so I like the casino room , I like the machines vender cuz they sales beer 😁.

I didn’t like the person who stayed outside they looks like junkies I saw them in the first compartment when you enter like door 2nd or door 1st . So first time I see kind of people like that, they laying around the corner and they are duty, so they has baby chairs with clothes on them a lot of ugly stuff that I always see in the city that’s not a good thing for the hotel… so figure it out plz .
