Pros:

Toujours un plaisir de séjourner à cet hôtel ! La lieu est parfait la vue sur le pont top ! C’est bien insonorisé vers l’extérieur , les lits sont confortable , salle de bain top et des rangements. Et le personnel est super gentil et aidant.

Cons:

C’était parfait , juste l’insonorisation entre les chambre est légère et pas de possibilité de mettre Netflix ou autre sur la télé mais c’est du detail

직원들이 아주 친절했고 특히 아침식사를 준비해 주시는 직원들이 매우 친절했어요

좋은 뷰를 상상하고 예약했는데 창문이 생각보다 작아서 조금 아쉬웠어요

Pros:

Love the location of this hotel. Close to the river and very quiet except for birds chirping at night. Before midnight, you will hear entertainers singing on the street. The area is so alive and there are many restaurants around. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is in an older building but very clean and beds are very comfy. Will go back to this hotel again.

Não superou a nossa expectativa.

Perto dos bares e restaurantes.

Cons:

Não usei o pequeno almoço. Ia ficar com 2 dias e acabei desistindo por causa do estacionamento. Paguei mais de R$ 70,00 e o rapaz não sabia de preços, não sabia de nada e não mostrou interesse. Hoje começa na recepção fica a dica.

Tolle Lage direkt am Douro - empfehlenswert
Pros:

Haben vor unserer Flusskreuzfahrt 2 Nächte im Hotel übernachten. Hatten Zimmer 61 mit einem gigantischen Ausblick auf den Douro und die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders abends, wenn alles beleuchtet war, war es traumhaft schön. Nach unserer Flusskreuzfahrt waren wir noch einmal für 1 Nacht im Hotel. Hatten Zimmer 31 (war etwas größer als Nr61) der Blick aber genauso schön. Frühstück war auch gut. Wurst, Käse, Obst, Joghurt war alles frisch zubereitet. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war auch sehr freundlich. Es ist abends draußen etwas lauter (Musik) aber ab 22/23 Uhr ist es ruhig. Die Betten war auch sehr gut.

Extremely disappointing - look elsewhere if you expect any basic amenities or basic service
Pros:

The only positives that I can draw from this experience are that the room was clean and the views lovely. Anything else involving the staff and accomodations was truly disappointing.

Cons:

The check-in staff was rude and did not act on a promise to alert us when our room was ready. This would not have been a problem if we had not gotten off a 10 hour plane ride, and arrived to extreme temperatures. We are not blaming the weather on the hotel, but this comes down to human decency. Each day, we asked different staff members for recommendations on where to eat, where to visit, only to be greeted with a shrug. This is especially confusing given we were in a very popular 'touristy' area. Further, our wi-fi did not work, and our TV did not work, which are basic amenities that one would expect in a hotel. The room smelled like sewage. Finally, the staff was unable to help in booking train tickets for us. Long story short, if you are expecting anything other than a bed to sleep in, look elsewhere. This place barely met minimum requirements. We would have been happier in a hostel.
