Excelente localização, tudo perto, vista maravilhosa. Recomendo!
Pros:

A localização é excelente, de frente para o Rio, com vista da Ponte. Dá para ir à pé para Gaia, tranquilamente. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom e o preço justo. Gostei muito.

Cons:

Apenas recomendo pedir um taxi, se estiver com malas, pois o aplicativo não para na frente do hotel, só na rua de cima. Apenas os táxis param na frente do hotel. O que em nada desabona o hotel, mas facilita.

Cons:

While the hotel was kept very clean and my room was super clean the carpets however were old and stained and the bedroom walls needed repainting .

Great stay with welcoming and friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff, Breakfast and Location were excellent. Hotel property and rooms were well maintained and had a nice vibe.

Cons:

Room was a little small, but adequate for one or two nights. Shower was small.

Cons:

Listed as accessible and central — it is neither for anyone with reduced mobility. Five minutes after booking I was emailed that I'd have to park ~10 min away and take an Uber. My mother is disabled, travels in an adapted vehicle, and cannot walk or transfer to an Uber — the exact reasons I booked here. I called within five minutes to fix or cancel; they refused everything. Booking.com intervened on my behalf; they refused again. Advertising accessibility you don't provide, then refusing any solution for a disabled traveler, is opportunistic and indefensible. Avoid.
