Pros:

A localização do hotel é a melhor possível, perto dos bares e restaurantes, funcionários muito atenciosos, quarto muito limpo , mas quarto pouco espaçoso para quem vai com muitas malas.

Cons:

O que me incomodou foi não poder parar o carro perto para colocar as malas. Tivemos que subir 2 ruas com várias malas pesadas. Acho que o hotel deveria ter acesso para embarque e desembarque de malas dos hóspedes. Se são idosos , terão dificuldades......

Pros:

It was very handy being down by the river and the Luis I bridge to visit the port wine cellars and other locations in Gaia. The room was not big but was well-equipped and had a view over the river. Lots of cafes and restaurants close at hand. Hotel staff were very helpful

Cons:

The only real problem was beyond the hotel's control, the same musicians (mostly not very good) played the same songs every day, starting in the afternoon and ending about 10 pm. If not for that I'd have given the hotel Excellent all round. Like a lot of older converted buildings, finding a spare power outlet for device charging means unplugging a table lamp

What a little gem of an hotel. Staff were delightful and made us feel right at home.

The staff said they would make some reservations for us and we followed up a number of times and never did it. Also, our internet was not working and they never followed up after us asking a number of times.

スタッフの方も笑顔で出迎えてくださり、荷物の預け入れ、など、快く対応してくださり、安心できました。つたない英語の私にも親切にしてくださり助かりました。
お部屋からの眺めも最高で、満足度高かったです。騒音は眠る時間には聞こえないのでさほど気にならなかったです。

Cons:

強いて言えばお部屋の鍵が、ドアガードがないのが女性1人の宿泊には少し心配かな、くらいです。
