It served it's purpose
Pros:

At least the sheets and towels were clean and the young man at check-in was polite

Cons:

The room was very old and had not been cleaned. There was a used coffee mixer stick on the floor as well as paper trash on the counter next to the tv. The floors had not been cleaned and the area where you entered to go to your rooms was super sketchy.
