Be open when renovating. I did not have preferences to stay, so could select a different location
Pros:

Typical hampton inn comfort, convenient location

Cons:

Repair statement of the hotel was not mentioned during the booking. I would select a different location if I knew the hotel is being renovated. Drywall missing, general feeling of the living through the major renovation is not a welcoming site.

Do not ever put me in one of your dumpiest rooms again.
Pros:

I stayed here in 2022 and the room and stay was phenomenal. However, fast forward to this stay we were in the first floor 103 and its was disgusting. Does the facility have a vacuum? Carpet needed to be vacuumed. The room smelled terrible like dogs had been wallowing around in there for a couple days. I’m a dog lover. But room 103 freaking stinks. PERIOD. The room smelled so bad that we went to the front desk for room spray. Hair on bathroom floor, sink in bathroom was dirty. My sister woke up with 3 bites on her arm. If you think for one second I’m not writing an honest yelp review, welp then you’re wrong.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. Great walk -in shower and it had a place to hang my coat and hat on the wall. Another location didn’t even have a closet

Cons:

It is under renovation. No pool or hot tub to use. We booked a King room when we arrived there wasn't any left we had to get a queen room. No discount same price for our inconvenience.
