Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and would strongly urge people to stay away
Dirty
Nothing. My employee didn't even end up staying because of how awful his first impression was walking in the lobby and attempting to check in.
EVERYTHING. I booked this room for my employee, even put under the special request section that I booked it for my employee and gave his full name and said he has full authority to check in and out and get an extra key card should he need it. There is no employees in the lobby, just a kiosk with a person communicating through it. There was also NO AIR CONDITIONING in the lobby on a 100 degree day. The man communicating on the kiosk gave him such a hard time about checking in, my employee called asking for help. I could hear the man yelling at him. I could also hear another disgruntled customer attempting to check in as well. My employee expressed he felt uncomfortable staying there, so I told him to go ahead and leave.
There was a balcony you could set out on. I did open the sliding glass door to walk out on it. Glass door was very hard to open, bottom of door was dragging. Ceiling structure had a nice design to it. They had done some updating by painting the room. Room was clean with no bugs which was nice to see. The bed was okay for comfortable, nice selection of pillow comforts. Light control buttons above bed,a desk and chair was provided with a light next to it that worked. A flat screen TV was in the room with basic channels and a couple of premium channels.
Check in was difficult for me. I'm hearing impaired, there was no at the check in desk. They had a person on a computer screen that checked you in. It was very very h3ard to understand what he was saying and how to go about signing in. There was never an actual person at the desk or staff around my entire stay. The fridge was all frozen up with ice, toilet was very loose, bathroom sink drained very very slow. There was no disposable drinking cups in the room which is a standard in all motels now. Shower lever that brings water up to it only worked halfway. They don't provide breakfast of any kind. I was asked when checking out if I a problem with anything thing, I gave them a verbal list talking into the computer screen with the person on the other side.
It was clean and very easy to check in.
Paying a deposit even tho I had already paid online.
What breakfast.
Stained bedding, mattress upside down and mould in bathroom.
I didn't like anything about this hotel
I rented the room and didn't stay their. It was dirty and smelled. I didn't feel safe staying there. I found somewhere else to stay and took the loss on almost $200 for the room
Nothing
The rooms and experience were awful. A virtual assistant was the first bad thing then I saw the room and questioned if anything was even clean. The room was so bad I even booked a different hotel within 15 min and didn’t even stay the two nights I booked it despite still paying for the room.
