It was a good stay

Exceptional Service!
Pros:

The M club was great especially the staff. Jose de la cruz the omelette chef was so accommodating and so sweet. He made my omelette to perfection!
The rooms are super clean too without carpet love!

The property is a little older and could use a renovation. But overall, it’s clean and very well kept. It’s in a very convenient location close to shops and malls.

Cons:

Most of the staff was very kind and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. However, the girls at the front desk, not so much. When we questioned a few charges on our bill, they were dismissive and seemed somewhat combative. It made us feel very uncomfortable.

I had an excellent stay. The greatest asses if this hotel is their experienced and thoughtful staff.

Reyna in the lounge was especially helpful every morning and made me feel at home every morning with her smile and superior service

Ashley was great and the hotel was wonderful

Great hotel environment and staff
Pros:

The location was great with shopping & restaurants nearby. The staff was amazing starting with the Conceirge Moises "The Great", he treated us to a charcuterie tray becuase we arrived late. Phillipe front desk reservations was exceptional when our trip needed revising due to travel issues, lastly tge entire valet team helped with family wheelchair loading in car. Lastly David tge breakfast chef makes amazing, omelets. Shootout to Ashley bellmam too. Everyone was very professional. MAID SERVICE IN THE WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE ROOM WAS VERY GOOD, clean and comfortable room and King bed, wlak-in shower .. all good and affordable

Pros:

This property is consistently good. The staff is always friendly and accommodating - often anticipating questions before you ask.

David Merino made me a great omelet while carrying on an easy and friendly conversation about our families.

Again, very consistent. Great for business travel - very conveniently located to anything in the valley.

Very pleasant and memorable stay
Pros:

The hotel associate Moises Rivera was absolutely amazing. He greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome upon our arrival. He looked after our luggage since we arrived before we could check-in while we went for lunch. When we got back, he helped us with our bags to our room, which was very clean, spacious and smelled good. The tempreature was cool and the sheets were neat. The bathroom was also clean and smelled nice. The hotel location was perfect since it was near the Village and Westfield Mall. Our children had fun in the pool and gym during our down time. Moises gave us tips on retaurants and places to go. He deserves a raise and promotion!!! Thank you for making our stay a very memorable one.

A welcomed visit to LA
Pros:

Our family's experience was excellent, and the individuals at the hotel we engaged with were helpful, professional and courteous, and made us feel very welcomed. One individual who was extremely helpful and courteous was Reyna Martinez, who was on staff at the M-Club, which was much appreciated.

We all enjoyed our stay, and the hotel itself is in an excellent location which we plan to visit again in the future.
