We arrived at the hotel pretty tired after a long day and needed a few extra things to get settled for the night. Branden was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.

The M-lounge at this location is one of the best. Very roomy. The food in the evening is incredible thanks to Chef Sal. Other M-lounges should really take note of how they do the lounge at this location.

First time staying here and would come back! Brandon at the front desk was exceptional! So helpful, great attitude and happy to be there! Bellman Eric, Fox and Ashley were also exceptional every time! Great job team.

Horrible housekeeping and service.

When I woke up, I found numerous obvious blood stains on my sheets (not my blood). Disgusting. Aside from lip service from hotel management and Bonvoy corporate, no action was taken. Would not stay there again.

Also, as a titanium member, I am really disappointed in Bonvoy's lack of customer service.

It is a very good hotel. The breakfast is delicious, and from the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. Ashley greeted us warmly, helped us with our luggage, and gave us great tips about the city, which made our stay even better. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay thanks to Marianne. She was polite, warm, and genuinely friendly from the moment I arrived. The room she arranged for me was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed—very nice indeed. Her helpful attitude made the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Highly recommend staying here, especially if Marianne is around!

Our valet Hector was great. He shared areas to shop and was very personable coming and going making our visit feel special.

Moises R. was exceptional in welcoming us, and saying goodbye. He helped us in and out with our luggage and made sure we were comfortable. Moises is an asset to the property as his kindness is sincere and appreciated.

Always at great experience at the Warner Center, Marriott. I would love to give a big shout out and thank you to Ashley the bellman and Eric in valet. They both were exceptionally kind and helpful. Iwas dealing with a special circumstance, having my father very ill at hospital near Marriott and needing to stay at the hotel to be near . They were both kind and treated me with the utmost gentleness and professionalism. They were so comforting and made my stay there especially warm. Will definitely be repeating visits to the Warner Center, Marriott again and again. Thank u again Eric & Ashely . I honestly can’t stand enough about how kind they were and after long days at the hospital with my Father , it was such a comfort to return to the hotel and have employees that cared about their performance, but ALSO about people in general. I wish all Hotel employees were this superb. Good on ya Marriott FOR PLAYING THESE TWO AMAZING GENTLEMEN‼️

The hotel is located close to the mall, so there are plenty of food, shopping, leisure, and fitness activities that are accessible via walking. I commend the entire staff here: Ashley the Bellman, David Merino the Cook who will make you a delicious omelete, Tina at the Front Desk, and Reyna and Amy helping in the Lounge at breakfast are some of the wonderful people here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work!

Always helpful and kind! A great stay

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times for work. The bellman Ashley is ALWAYS attentive, helping out and so kind. I see him go above & beyond with customers and fellow employees all the time. If there’s a line at the check in counter he’ll ask people if there’s anything he can help them with. That helps to cut the line down for his co workers if it’s something he can do. How many people do that. If he sees someone looking around he’ll ask if he can help them. He’s the epitome of a Marriott employee and should be a teacher to all Marriott employees how to treat customers, fellow employees and the Marriott brand. It’s so heart warming to see an employee that cares and values his customers and co workers.

The Marriott Warner Center is a very nice place to stay. There is an onsite restaurant, an indoor and outdoor pool. The towels for the pool were very cool. Staff was so helpful. Especially Moises R. He helped us bring our luggage up to our room and from our room upon check out. He helped me with an issue I had with parking my car. The front check in ladies were also extremely helpful. We got to check in early and use the pool. I was there for a conference and it was run acceptionally well. We didn't have to leave the venue at all over the 3 days being there. I highly recommend.

Every time we come to California we stay at the Warner Center. They have the best customer service.
Irma at the front desk was very helpful getting us checked in and making sure we had everything we needed.
Reyna who was such a sweet soul was so pleasant while we were in the M lounge during our stay. She was so sweet and extremely helpfuly. David Merino working the omelet station was also great and made the best waffles and omelet. Love this hotel!
