Thank you so much for the great stay in your beautiful hotel! Especially meeting Sonia at breakfast every morning was pure joy. She remembered our favorite drinks for my daughter and me and after a smiling greeting and chatting every morning she brought prepared the table for us perfectly with everything we love. It was really great meeting her. We would love to come back one day.
The hotel is efficient and all staff I encountered were so hospitable. I had everything I needed at a moments notice. Big and busy hotel and well maintained.
The efficiency, warm and personal attention from the staff was above and beyond Standouts were Marianne V at the front desk Ashley, the Bellman and the valet.

Marianne made our stay extra special!!! I informed her we were celebrating a birthday and she went the extra mile by sending over wine and charcuterie board. Not only that but was able to extend a stay for a couple of more hours! She’s incredible as well as the other staff. Will definitely stay here again.
These ladies Reyna and Amy are the best in the world. We have gone to other Marriott’s and we have never had such great service. They always have a smile on their face and their kindness is unbelievable. I rate these ladies as A++ even higher than a rating. They make you feel like you’re at home and that is why we keep coming back to this hotel. Also the front desk people are really sweet. Reyna and Amy make me feel the way my father use to say “Life is what you make it”.They make my life better and they make me want to keep trying no matter what.
I had the BEST experience at this hotel. I was on a solo getaway and the team was so accommodating and did an amazing job at making me feel well taken care of. I ended up talking with Gareth for a while and he is so personable and went out of his way to make this an unforgettable experience, thank you so much! I will be coming again soon.
Very pleased with my weekend stay. Room was very clean and nice I was super pleased. We visited the bar a couple times due to the great service we experienced, we were attended by Silvestere Ornelas and he did a superb job with great service we were very pleased and happy that we had to go back the following day.
My experience has always been a pleasure. I love the staff at Starbucks. Cecelia is always a joy to see and is always so responsive and professional and respectful. Her customer service is top notch and she has such a welcoming spirit about her. I choose this Starbucks over the others and I always enjoy seeing Cecelia. Thank you for caring for your customers. :)
I had a great experience staying with you all!! I even felt pampered!!:). I stayed with you for over a month and everybody I came in contact with was so hospitable and professional at their job! I want to recognize 2 specifically though- Ada R. ( one of the housekeeping ladies) was always attentive every time she saw me in the hall and would ask if I needed anything and how I was doing. That was appreciated- and I heard she was recognized as employee of the year last year…well deserved! And Moises, another in guest services, had a smile every time I saw him and made me feel welcome. He brought my luggage down on my last day and loaded it into the car so I didn’t have to. I had a large food order from Porto’s stolen one night from the pick up bar and Moises made an extra trip back to the back in the morning to see if maybe it had been moved to the back and I appreciate the extra effort.

When we arrived at the hotel we needed interesting food. Your bellman Ashley and your valet Eric were instrumental in directing us to the restaurant that was recommended by a friend. Thanks to both of the fellas that got us to where we wanted to go.
I feel your hi-tech program needs an up grade. We had one working UBS port and two regular outlets right next to the scone stem. The outlets were so closed that the “well oversized” Apple plug could not plug into. Then there was the one outlet in the bathroom. In this wireless world we need more space for the wires.

This hotel is very nice. Convenient Starbucks and restaurant/bar in the lobby. The bar has a fun vibe in the evenings. All the rooms have balconies I believe and the whole hotel is kept very clean. We never dealt with any noise issues throughout or stay and we stayed over a week. The staff are all very friendly. Specifically Pillar from housekeeping , two bellhops I know one was named James that helped me he was very nice and two people at the bar Silvestre and Jonathan. I wish I knew everyone’s names because they were all so nice. Would definitely come back here again!!!
There Is No Place Like Home....But the Warner Center Marriott is a close second. ☺️. Our house got flooded and Angie at the front desk came to our rescue with her compassion and kindness ❤️. I had the pleasure of staying at the Warner Center Woodland Hills Marriott, and I must give a huge shoutout to the incredible bartenders Silvester and Jonathan! Not only did they craft the perfect drinks, but they went above and beyond in making me feel welcome and at home. Their hospitality was top-notch, and they truly made my stay unforgettable.
But the excellence didn't stop there - the front desk team was lightning-fast with check-in, and the valet service was impressively quick too! It was clear that the entire staff was working in perfect harmony to provide exceptional service.
If you're looking for a spot that feels like a home away from home, look no further. Silvester and Jonathan, you're rockstars! 😊
I had another wonderful experience at the Marriott. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They truly make me feel special every time I stay. It was especially nice to see familiar faces again. That consistency is one of the reasons I keep coming back.
Bella in the M Lounge was super sweet and accommodating and Diana is, as always, so gracious and attentive. The food was okay. I did notice a slight change from previous visits, but the service and hospitality more than make up for it.
I also want to mention the housekeeping team. The gal who assisted me was very kind and so helpful with my requests. It is those thoughtful touches that make a stay even more comfortable.

Reyna in the M lounge understands hospitality! Warm greeting, extremely accommodating and a lovely start to our mornings. We had a small issue and she resolved it with competence and grace.
We had a pleasant stay. Staff always friendly. Housekeeping does a fine job cleaning the rooms. Only issue is that housekeeping sometimes doesn’t get to the room at all or gets there late in the day, like 4PM, as you are returning from your day to get ready for the evening.
Just remember to tell the fro t desk daily to put your request in to clean the room and you shouldn’t have an issue.
Starbucks in the lobby is great, the bar is well-stocked in the lobby, and there is an energetic vibe in the lobby.
I would like to highlight an experience that touched me. After a long day flying across the country, I was warmly greeted and checked in by Cristal at the front desk. The check-in process was textbook-perfect, executed with both professionalism and friendliness. Hours later, it brought a smile to my face thinking that such high-level customer service still exists. Having traveled the world with Marriott, which has often felt like home away from home, this experience stood out.
I rarely take the time to send feedback, but I believe Cristal, who acted as a Marriott Ambassador at the Warner Center, Woodland Hills, deserves some recognition. She turned what could have been a dull evening into an uplifting experience. A big thank you.
Overall was a very good stay. Moises with the Bell Services team was spectacular and went out of his way to help with all our luggage and belongings. He even packed our SUV before I could jump in on our way back to AZ.
