Always helpful and kind! A great stay
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times for work. The bellman Ashley is ALWAYS attentive, helping out and so kind. I see him go above & beyond with customers and fellow employees all the time. If there’s a line at the check in counter he’ll ask people if there’s anything he can help them with. That helps to cut the line down for his co workers if it’s something he can do. How many people do that. If he sees someone looking around he’ll ask if he can help them. He’s the epitome of a Marriott employee and should be a teacher to all Marriott employees how to treat customers, fellow employees and the Marriott brand. It’s so heart warming to see an employee that cares and values his customers and co workers.
The Marriott Warner Center is a very nice place to stay. There is an onsite restaurant, an indoor and outdoor pool. The towels for the pool were very cool. Staff was so helpful. Especially Moises R. He helped us bring our luggage up to our room and from our room upon check out. He helped me with an issue I had with parking my car. The front check in ladies were also extremely helpful. We got to check in early and use the pool. I was there for a conference and it was run acceptionally well. We didn't have to leave the venue at all over the 3 days being there. I highly recommend.
Every time we come to California we stay at the Warner Center. They have the best customer service.
Irma at the front desk was very helpful getting us checked in and making sure we had everything we needed.
Reyna who was such a sweet soul was so pleasant while we were in the M lounge during our stay. She was so sweet and extremely helpfuly. David Merino working the omelet station was also great and made the best waffles and omelet. Love this hotel!
Beautiful pool and facility.
They charged me for the room and double parking even though I already paid for the room through booking. Now no one is helping me get my money back!
The only person who saved this hotel from being totally disappointing was Ashley. He was helpful, friendly and cheerful. It actually seemed like he was happy to be working in the hospitality industry. Everyone else seemed bored, tired, and apathetic. When we got to our room, ready to shower and go to bed, there was only one robe in the closet (we were registered as a couple). I had to go downstairs to ask for another one, since the instructions for using the phone were non-existent, and I couldn't get the front desk. Our room wasn't cleaned the second day of our 3-day stay, because we didn't leave the room until mid-morning, and apparently, they had already gone past our door (the privacy sign was hanging). Even though we took the sign in when we left (mid morning), no one came back to clean. It didn't occur to me to tell them to make sure the room was cleaned. When they changed our towels for the final day of our stay, they took our robes, and never replaced them with clean ones. Every time I approached someone behind the front desk, they took their time to look up to see what I wanted. Even though no one was ahead of me, and they weren't on the phone, they kept me waiting while they occupied themselves with papers or the computer. The lack of instructions about the hotel, and the absence of helpful material and signage was frustrating. Small amenities and pleasant personnel would have gone a long way in making us feel welcomed and appreciated as guests.
Three years now I booked a mountain view room on fourth of July and go to check in and get told third party reservations doesn't work for 4th of july
I checked in on July 4th, approximately 3pm, and I was met by James in the valet section.
James immediately greeted me with a warm smile and helpful attitude. He asked "What can I do for you today."
James was also attentive to my needs and assisted me with my luggage and vehicles needs.
Thank you James for a job well done professionally, expeditiously and thoroughly.
The M Lounge here has to be one of the most well-kept in the Marriott network. It is always well stocked and clean, with good appetizers in the evenings and offers a convenient quick breakfast option in the morning. Reyna and the rest of the staff do a top notch job running it.
The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and quiet.
I love this hotel and Reyna Martinez in the M-Club is the heart of it. She is so warm and friendly. Willing to help in whatever way she can. Everyone was great but she has a special energy that makes you want to come back.
I would especially like to recognize Marianne at the front desk. She always greets me with a warm smile and genuine kindness, which makes every stay feel welcoming from the moment I arrive. She is consistently helpful, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to assist me!
Philippe was amazing he helped us out and made shore our stay was amazing! Nice place great Customer service!
I would like to recognize Sonia and Polo for the outstanding service they provided during breakfast at the Marriott Warner Center.
Both of them went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. My colleague and I were impressed not only by their professionalism but also by how welcoming they made us feel every morning.
Excellent service can make a big difference when traveling for work, and Sonia and Polo truly stood out. They are a great asset to the hotel, and we greatly appreciated their hospitality.
Thank you, Sonia and Polo, for making our stay even more enjoyable!
Pool, outside bar, and staff from check-in bar and valet

Exceptional service and room. Moises was fantastic! He went above and beyond the call of duty. Most importantly, he has a very joyful and friendly disposition! I’ll be back:-)
