Unhappy with initial treatment and the room was not what we purchased on-line.
Pros:

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Location for our weekend event was very good, lots of parking.

Cons:

Directed to the 1st room which met our accessible requests. After hour decided to have shower, NO HOT WATER. Called front desk, female clerk (who was grumpy on check in) came to room (now very grumpy and argumentative), and tried to convince us the "luke warm water" was okay, and she admitted previous problems with the room for hot water. Handyman male called in and he openly admitted repeated problems with this room for HOT WATER SERVICE. We agreed to move to another room, had to pack up and drive around to new room, which he openly admitted was not up the current standards, and had a queen bed instead of a king bed, and was smaller, had tub/shower instead of accessible shower with chair, and located at the bottom a noisy stairway, and right beside an outside door. At no time after moving to 2nd lesser room quality did anyone contact us to see if we were okay, offer compensation for putting us out or how we felt after driving 9 hours to deal with this issue. Not what we signed up for. We learned they had closed down the room as unusable after they made up move. 1st stay with one of these hotels and not impressed with the type of treatment we received.

Pros:

We have stayed there several times, it is a great location.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered us was a strong skunk smell in the hallway when we went to our room. That meant someone was doing drugs a couple doors down from us or had just walked through the hall.

Pros:

It was clean & the bed was comfortable. Most of the breakfast items were fine.

Cons:

There was only one chair in the room for 2 people.
The eggs at breakfast weren't great. The second day after I ate a couple eggs, a worker came in and dumped them all in the garbage. It made me wonder why???
The first day the smoke alarm for the hotel went off numerous times because of the toaster in the breakfast area.
