Little over priced I think
Pros:

No breakfast I didn’t like that the room was nice but the queen bed was horrible :(

The location is good but non smoking rules not followed.
Pros:

Hotel was definitely clean. Location worked out well as we were visiting family in Portsmouth(about 30 minutes away). Check -in was quick and efficient. We had problems getting tv to work and someone came right away to fix WiFi connection .

Cons:

The hotel had overwhelming and intense smell of Marijuana that hits you upon entering the building . It was smelled throughout the hallways and very intense in our room and bathroom. The nauseating smell never dissipated during our stay. It brought on a migraine that didn’t clear till hours after check out . We had stayed there another time a few years ago and smell was strong and noticeable at that point too . There are non smoking signs all around the building.

Ghetto location. Pictures make it look way nicer then it is. “Jacuzzi tub” was filthy. Plexi glass broken out of the door. Sliding to the balcony was broken. Internet is nonexistent almost. Don’t stay here for $400-$500

Cons:

When we entered the room it immediately smelled like cigarette. The room had several stains on the walls that looked like feces and someone’s hair on the chair. The shower curtain had mold formed on it and you could see through toilet paper. Also our blanket had a stain on it and even though we got a replacement they did not take the dirty blanket away and the new one also came with a stain. Besides our room the hotel came with a swimming pool that I would be scared to swim in considering the room smelled awful and the pool seats had never been cleaned.

Very disappointed, wanted to find a different place to stay as soon as I walked in.
Pros:

It had a bed and water.

Cons:

No tv, no internet, doors didn’t close all the way, tub was dirty, plumbing was off. Sliding door wouldn’t open or close easily. No smoking room, and there was cigarette butts all over the balcony. Missed paint spots on all the walls. Nothing like the pictures on the internet. Could hear the people in the next room like they were in the same room I was in.

It was not great.
Pros:

The location was decent

Cons:

There was no breakfast, no water in the rooms, bathtub is pointless if there is no way to plug the water. Hairdryer is a hazard. It was LOUD. Curtains were disgusting. Office chair looks like a rat had a party. There was no cable. The internet was HORRIBLE. The emergency latch was detached. Thankfully i had something to reassemble it.
