Nothing. Left two hours later never took coats off it never got higher then 57 degrees in our room. Office workers were fighting arguing while I was standing there to check in. Didn't receive king room with hot tub ..got two queens one broken bed that was a joke n a jetted dirty tub. Shameful really!

Me gustó la ubicación ya que permite conocer varios lugares a la vez, muy buena calefacción. El personal es muy atento.

Cons:

Las alfombras del ingreso, escaleras y pasillos no tiene buen mantenimiento y en cuanto se abre la puerta de las habitaciones se siente un olor desagradable, la iluminación de los balcones de las habitaciones con vista al estacionamiento no permite un buen descanso, las cortinas son pequeñas que no alcanza a cubrir toda la mampara. No hay restaurante y tampoco brindan un desayuno completo solo cafe te y frutas. La señal de wifi no es buena.

Was filthy; smelled terrible, stains in curtains and bedding, shower may have never been cleaned ever, locks on sliding door did not work, cigarette burns on mattress, dirt and dust everywhere, furniture beat up and falling apart. Pool cloudy and slimy.

The room smelled bad and there were a few broken things in the room. the wifi was unusable. Housekeeping ignored the do not disturb sign. The "gym" smelled terrible like mold. It was gross overall.

The window was broken and taped up , there was no tv remote , the sprinklers were exposed there were bugs in the room due to the window not being sealed . The wallpaper was peeling and there was orange on the ceiling the bed wasn’t even screwed into the wall.
