Look for another hotel. Even if you pay a few more bucks it will be a better value
Pros:

Location. Staff was nice.

Cons:

No room cleaning every day, dirty room, TV remote didn’t work. Unbearable smell in the room. Noisy room (109). Very basic breakfast (cheap muffins and granola bars only).

Pros:

Convenience of location to town. It was actually peaceful. There wasn't a lot of visitors that day.

Cons:

The water in the pool had bugs from the lights which could not be helped. And when you get out of the pool and go into the room you have to track across the whole carpeted floor.

Pros:

As a travel agent I always consider location, condition, n the specific reason for travel. So many of us grew up with HO JO in our community. This location is the best it is central to all located on US 1, stands out in a crowd, close to the 17th st bridge to ocean beaches, middle of town and quick access to south, west corridor Vero and northbound. I have a business in Vero, I have used Vero as shelter during storms n stayed overnight for planned events. The staff is always pleasant and greets you as if you were returning home. So much within walking distance. Extreme convenience.

Cons:

Every time a rebook I notice something different about the property. The property is kept clean and neat and staff is around. there is only one washer/dryer but it is there and well utilized so you do not have to go off site for laundry.

It was basic but close to everything
Pros:

Very close to everything down town. Wallmart and a ton of restaurants are all in walking distance.
The beds were comfortable. I liked the balcony.

Cons:

The pool was very cold and there were no lounge chairs.
The cleaning staff never came to us to replace toilet paper or towels. The sliding glass door to the balcony had no handle so opening and closing was a true struggle. The bathroom door and walls could use a good cleaning.
