Pros:

The location for airport is convenient. The check-in was easy. They have cookies in the evening,nice touch.The breakfast consists of cold cereal,instant oatmeal a bagel or roll,fruit juice.Cleaning staff is very good.
There was power outage one night while I was there. Not their fault. No elevator working and going down 3 flights of stairs with luggage is not fun for 81 year old people.

Cons:

The $18 dollar parking fee at this motel is only place I have stayed that charges for parking. I had an issue that I wanted to speak to the manager about. Left one voice mail and waited on phone second call much too long so hung up.Hershall(management) is not responsive. Not a good sign.

Paying for parking now. Me and husband drive in. So we have two cars normally I been going there for years no parking. Everything is sweet now. No more waffles or eggs.

Decent place for the money, but a little outdated.
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty poor. Packaged waffles, and danishes...cereal. Simple and not the most health conscious.
Being close to park and a couple walking distance restaurants was nice.
They let you use a bicycle at facility for free.
Daily front desk cookies are nice. :)
Make sure you ask for a sea side room. That actually makes it worth it!

Cons:

Place is very outdated. Clean, but outdated.
You have to ask to have your room cleaned. The marina around the hotel has been abandoned. Don't expect to see any boats.
Paying $20 a day for parking isn't necessary. They have a large parking lot.
