If you need a comfortable bed this is not the place to stay.
Pros:

The hotel was clean but a bit out dated. The bed was horrible like sleeping on a cardboard box. It was quiet and clean but the beds need to be replaced as my back still hurts .

We enjoy staying here and are looking forward to coming back after the kitchen renovation is complete.
Pros:

Great area, close to restaurants and nice hotel.

Cons:

The kitchen was being renovated, the breakfast did not offer any hot food and we missed the evening cookies.

Very satisfactory.
Pros:

This is a solid hotel in a lovely area with lots of parks and walking along the marina. The breakfast, room, staff, amenities definitely meet expectations.

Cons:

This was not an overly expensive hotel, so what was provided for the price was super.
