La chambre elle même
Une lumière dans la chambre ne donnait pas.
La chambre n'avait pas de senteur pour chambre. Difficultés à régler la climatisation.
Télévision non numérique donc impossible de se connecter à Netflix ou youtube.obliger d'aller contourner car les différentes entrées n'étaient pas opérationnelles
I loved the room size, the beds, breakfast wasnt to bad and the price cant be beat. Great location to go to the Casino and to grab a bite to eat. Loved the Christmas Decorations!
The pool is to cold and the hot tub cut my boyfriends foot and the next time we went it was closed.
Perfect location, huge room, comfy bed. Room heated up/cooled down quickly.
We had to go out and around the building to get to the lobby where breakfast was.
I would strongly suggest you avoid booking with this hotel. There is a lack of staff and maintenance support. We were locked out of our hotel room for hours during a critical period of time due to a mechanical failure with the door key card system and the hotel staff completely dismissed our situation. They are avoiding taking any responsibility simply because we used a third party booking tool. In other words, they won't be held responsible for your horrible experience if you use any third party booking service to secure and pay for your room including situations where you don't even have access to the room you've paid for.
The room set up and the quality of the room.
When I pulled out the pullout bed, there was old garbage and debris underneath.
Guests above our rooms caused disturbance until 3 am . Non stop running , jumping , banging on the floor, we never slept . We were woken up several times by loud noises from upstairs. We called front desk twice to complain and nothing was done about it.
The upstairs guest were allowed to continue to cause very loud non stop disturbance. From 6pm to 3am .
Running back and forth , stomping, jumping , banging , extremely loud and disturbing . Other guests also made complaints about this . We never had a chance to get any sleep at all . The noises continued the next day as well . Telling us that a hockey team is staying is no excuse. The noises were not from a hallway but the room directly above us and why if its a hockey team , are parents allowing children to disturb other paying guests and why is the staff of your hotel not fixing this matter .
Our room was clean and breakfast was good
The pool was broke the first day and once it was fixed they did not turn heater or vents on. Gym was freezing
Playing ball hockey in the hall ways, hide and seek, beer cans in common areas, light fixtures hanging out of the ceiling, door latches that could cause in injury or harm as the they were broken and not installed properly, brown water running from the tub faucet. No on site security to deal with unruly guests. Smoking within 9 meters of air intake. Walls need to be refinished. Rust on metal surfaces in the bathroom
Not enough parking. Not staffs fault just with high volume of people it seemed there wasn't enough. Also agin not staffs fault felt bad for them the hockey parents and kids were awful. Running down halls all night bumping into people loud took over the pool. They were above us and all we could hear was them till 4 am. I really felt bad for what staff must had to deal with.
Staff was able to switch our room. To main floor.
There was black mold around the faucets in the tub. And there was black holes on the soap dispensers at the back of the shower.

The lady at the desk was very upset we were paying with our visa debit and told us we could not stay there again without a credit card .
