Room was a suite and the size was wonderful. There were two televisions, one in main area and one in the bedroom, this worked well for us. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, lots of options. I really liked the quick make yourself pancakes.
trying to regulate a consistent comfortable temperature in the room was difficult.
When we arrived, we were informed by May, that our room was unavailable due to some electrical issues. After some back and forth, we were upgraded to a bigger room for the inconvenience.
The restaurant staff were amazing. We turned up late for breakfast because with checked in late the night before. They were so accommodating and allowed us dine despite being almost after hours.
We loved the desk clerk, Stacy. She was ever so friendly and took care of our every need.
We wished the hotel informed us earlier that rooms were cleaned every 3 days unless we made a request. Our little one had made a cookie mess and when we returned from our day trip, it was still there. In mentioning it to the desk clerk, Stacy, she offered to have someone vacuum at 10pm. We thought that was so nice but asked her not to bother.
Towels are not replaced unless you ask. I wasn't overly bothered by this but just wish I was told earlier. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay!

I did not stay. This place was terrible and they wouldn't refund me. My son and I booked 15 minutes before arriving. It was dirty and smelly, we went and told them we didn't want to stay and they would not refund us.

I almost broke my car with a four big holes on the property did the spa was broken and that was the reason why this hotel and we booked for three people for one room and we only had two towels, but he gave us more
The staff was exceptional. Very warm and welcoming. The included breakfast was vast and excellent. Waffle area with a bread bar, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. No hot offerings though. A typical continental affair.
The floors were all warn, the chairs in the room were really uncomfortable and old. And considering the size of the room, it had the absolute smallest night table with no plugs for devices. The alarm clock was wrong and when we tried to set it properly, the device itself was really sticky and gross. The floors/ceiling also sound hollow, so you can hear every step both above and outside the door. Our room looked out onto the roof of something and towards the highway. The roof is super unattractive, maybe consider making it a green space, so it’s not so ugly?
The breakfast food was dry and had been sitting for a while when we got done around 8:45. There was a funny smell in the building. Everything was well worn. The bathroom shapoo/conditioner were pretty empty.
The pull out bed was disgusting. No bedding on it, had hair, brown and yellow stains. Old clothing from previous guests, crumbs and dirt inside of it.
