Pros:

Room was a good size beds very comfy.

Cons:

Pull out couch bed was hard as a rock, found staff awful, they over book my room and when they took an hour to find us something its was after 10pm like the day was almost over I should of got discount in my room or somthing and got nothing, and the breakfast was just fair.

One of the worst hotels ever booked on Booking.com
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and that's it.

Cons:

First the hotel overcharged me at least $50 plus fees and taxes. They moved us from a deluxe King suite to a standard King room because the first room wasn't pet friendly; even though that was requested during the booking. Second was the extremely noisy kids playing ball hockey in the hallway outside of our room and lastly the parking lot was flooded and in terrible condition.

Good till it wasn't.
Pros:

Rooms were ok, Jacuzzi was nice, good location.

Cons:

Staff weren't overly friendly, room was decently clean but not fantastic curtains could user cleaning or replacing, paint on inside of washroom was peeling, worst of all though was that the room was in the middle of what I assume was kids from a hockey tournament who loudly played mini-sticks outside our door till about 10pm which included them checking each other into our door multiple times and using a whistle.

Great area and rooms, front desk staff could be better.

The front desk staff could smile more. Very dull and not easy to talk to. Made checking in and out uneasy.

Ruined Family Vacation!

The receptionist at desk was rude and unhelpful. Was lied to about pool working and when it was going to work. They offer free breakfast but when we went to have breakfast it wasn’t open. This hotel
Ruined my Grandchildren’s trip and cost us extra expenses. I demanded a refund and did get it back but couldn’t afford another hotel room as we ended up spending money on movies and going to breakfast because of this hotel. As well my son’s room had no working t.v. And window wouldn’t close in -12c weather. Called to complain and no one would answer the phone at front office.
