L’endroit la superficie des chambres lit super confortable
Deux serviettes et deux débarbouillette pour 3 personnes et j’ai essayer à 4 reprises d’en avoir alors j’ai du aller en acheter … pas lait dans les sachets pour le café seulement du sucre …
It was convenient and priced well.

Te beds were comfortable, the room was a good size.
We booked two ground-floor rooms, each with two beds, and requested adjoining rooms because we were travelling with two seniors in their eighties who have mobility and visual impairments.
When we arrived, the rooms had not been assigned as requested. We were initially given Rooms 107 and 108, but Room 107 had only one bed. We settled our senior companions into Room 108 and returned to the front desk. At approximately 3:15 p.m., we were told that another room with two beds would be ready within 30 minutes. After checking several times, we were eventually given Room 148, located at the opposite end of the hallway from Room 108. We also noticed dirt and crumbs outside its door.
Although the beds were comfortable, the following morning our companions discovered large pools of water around the toilet in their accessible bathroom. Water continued to appear on the toilet and floor, creating a serious safety hazard—especially for seniors with mobility difficulties and significant visual impairments.
Breakfast was also disappointing. We were told the hotel had run out of coffee, and although staff tried to replenish the buffet, several items remained unavailable.
The staff members we dealt with were mostly friendly, but the room assignment problems, unsafe bathroom conditions, and inadequate breakfast service made this a frustrating experience. This getaway was meant to be a special highlight of the year for our two senior companions, but sadly, it did not live up to expectations. We hope management acknowledges these concerns and takes steps to improve accessibility, safety, and guest service.

Une nuit à du être remboursé et booking l’a autorisé.. ça fait plus de 14 jours.. on doit encore les appeler car il ne font pas le remboursement. Donc, PASSEZ VOTRE TOUR.
Room wasn’t ready when we showed up, nothing was available for us, no extra pillows or blankets or facial tissue

Our room was quite dirty, the pull out couch was broken and would not fold out. There were two towels for 5 people. The front desk had trouble locating a fold out cot for us because of the broken couch, did not have a corkscrew we could use.
