Cons:

The elevator smelled like pee the water drained onto the floor and I fell the light was out so it was very difficult for me to do my makeup the carpet was sticky and dirty the room smelled horribly the lighting overall was too dim it looked old and janky there was white plaster on the wall paper I would love to have a refund because not only did I not sleep well but I was not treated well

Excellent
Pros:

Cleanliness was fantastic and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved that we could use both the lobby and the outside courtyard to visit with family. We hope to come back soon and will stay here

Used the wi fi for work and it did not support my needs

Will stay again front desk staff awesome ! Maybe add waffles to menu for breakfast?
Pros:

Location to Catonsville. No druggies in or around hotel and did not smell of smoke or marijuana

Cons:

Front rooms done what noisy traffic but not terrible . Looked like carpet in room could have been vacuumed better as lots of little papers in corners and under desk

It was okay- hot water would have been nice
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean for the most part.

Cons:

The water was freezing in room 304 no matter how long you let it run. I left the shower run for 18 minutes before getting in and it never got past cold luke warm then returned to freezing cold. The sink was the same. It was a shame because the facility with all the updates was nice, bed was very comfortable but getting an ice bath shower with how freezing cold it was outside was not ideal.
