Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom fixtures loose, bathroom fan and heat lamps broken, TV didn't work, thin towels, disappointing breakfast with little choice and waffle mix so runny it wouldn't cook properly.

Pros:

Bed and bath were clean.

Cons:

You can get high by just the air circulated by the ventilator. There was no breakfast at all, flakes but no milk, 2-3 muffins. Do not assume there is breakfast.

It was a pretty good value for the money.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room was nice and comfortable.

Cons:

The hallway smelled strong of drugs and smoke. There were some drunk people in the hallways as well.

Disappointing after 2 visits per year for the last 5 years!

Room smelled like curry? Towel bar broke.
A/C stopped in the night.
Few breakfast choices, countertops not cleaned.
Coffee in lobby not refilled. Guest’s garbage in hallways for days.

Pros:

Location, clean, well lit free parking, comfortable bed and great water pressure for shower! Attached Mexican restaurant that had delicious food!!

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited, all carbs, out of several options all 3 days we were there! Could offer yogurt, hard boiled eggs

This place is a wonderful respite for a Traveler
Pros:

Harry and the staff were wonderful. The place was at a great location. The room was clean. The bed was completely comfortable. The bathroom had a nice tub and location was perfect. It had a Mexican restaurant and a gas station next-door and the pool was very therapeutic. I even stayed an Extra Day just to swim.

I was disappointed in the customer service.
Pros:

It was clean and the room was decent

Cons:

Every time i left the hotel my key card stopped working. I had to go to the front desk daily to get it fixed. Today i went and got it fixed and when i got back to the room it wasn’t working. I stayed clear on the other side of the front desk so this caused me to be late going to my daughter’s performance. My daughter got hers fixed this morning and was locked out this evening. Very inconvenient. Also i never was brought toilet paper or clean towels. I was staying for 4 days with tonight being my last night. Housekeeping never knocked on the door to see if i wanted my room cleaned

Cons:

It was very frustrating as we were to have joined rooms, that is what we signed up for. Wyndham originally stated I only reserved one room when I checked in. I showed them my booking on my phone that verified I did in fact book 2 rooms that were adjoining. They said this request couldn't be made because one was a smokers room. Okay, fine. I stated, as long as the room is clean and doesn't smell terrible it's fine. The worker stated she couldn't promise me that. Therefore, I requested to cancel my reservation, understanding I may be penalized. They refused and said I'd have to cancel through the 3rd party I used to book the rooms. I did. Bookings.com said that the hotel would reach out directly to me to get it canceled and get some sort of return ( I am totally okay if I am penalized due to it being same day.) I have reached out twice, no response. I am still out just over $200. Poor customer service both in person and via email, I would not return.

The stay was good, the staff got my request worked out. For a one night stay it served our need
Pros:

The coffee machines in the breakfast lounge is not very good, we did not eat breakfast before leaving.
The room was good size, had a spa tub which I did use. The room smelled like a cat was kept in it, the view was of the center courtyard which was ok.

Cons:

The desk staff could not access my online check in and they claimed they did not have my request to add a dog to my stay was not received. I was charged twice for my dog. Once on the online check in and again with the front desk.
It seems the communication between the program and the hotel staff is very poor.

Would not return to this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was basic but adequate but real plates and cutlery would have been nice.

Cons:

Even though our room was clean and the bed comfortable, it had a very bad smell in the room like animal pee. We turned on the air con but that made it worse. When mentioned to the staff member he was not overly concerned and said pets were allowed in the room which is strange as we had to sign a non smoking and pet waiver. Not impressed!
We were cold even with air con turned off as there was no duvet/quilt on the bed and no spare blanket in the room.

Our family was staying together we had 3 different rooms their 2 were better than ours. Proper would not stay there agai
Pros:

Very close to the University of Iowa. The staff were very nice. The bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom mostly clean, floor felt dusty and made white socks dirty when walked across.

Cons:

Our room had a very bad odor. It smelled very musty and moldy. The walls around the AC unit were dirty with black spots. You could see daylight in cracks around the unit as well. We were in room 128
