Muito caro pelo pessimo atendimento
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente. Único problema é a recepcionista bastante grossa na porta que não te deixa sequer sentar na mesa que você quer. Estava vazio quando fomos tomar café e mesmo assim ela não te deixa em paz. Restaurante do térreo bem gostoso com atendimento cordial e simpático. O concierge foi muito solicito.

Cons:

Pedi um quarto silencioso e longe do elevador. Me deram um quarto na porta do elevador. Acordei pela manhã com o barulho de dois homens fazendo a manutenção de um dos elevadores que quebrou … uma noite no Hotel e não descansei nada porque simplemente ignoraram um pedido simples … A recepção é bem confusa , mal organizada, desastrosa … várias vezes subiram conosco no elevador pessoas que não eram hóspedes procurando o restaurante no rooftop (que é em outro elevador) … bastante inseguro …

Amazing!
Pros:

I likes The location andnthe serenity. It’s a central yet quiet property. It is at a central location - very close to some of the coolest attractions

Cons:

The staff at the Restuarant could be friendlier & more welcoming. Service took long.

Great location, clean hotel, delicious breakfast, friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with wide variety. The rooftop bar's view was amazing. The hotel location is perfect, centralized to the main sightseeing points but set on the side of a quiet street that you don't feel crowded or hear any noises at night. I will return to this hotel again when I visit Madrid.
