An average four-star hotel
Pros:

The rooms are very small, but with comfortable beds. The work space is very limited. The bathroom does not have a bathtub only a shower. There was a very small coffee and tea hook and minimal snacks and drinks for purchase. The hotel even charges extra for reasonable working wifi...something even two-star hotels in Madrid don't do. The windows don't open and there is no view, just a courtyard. The alleged gym is really a closet and in front of the conference rooms. The bell staff is friendly but overwhelmed, and because everything in the hotel is small, they have too little space to work in. Guests are constantly bumping into each other. Umbrellas gone in a flash, and longbwaits for the lift. I can't really recommend this hotel for anything but it's proximity to the Palace Real. The Swiss would be insulted that NH calls this hotel part of their Swiss Collection.

Pros:

Erittäin monipuolinen aamiainen. Sängyssä erikokoisia tyyynyjä. Keskeinen sijainti.

Cons:

Asiakaspalvelussa hieman parantamisen varaa, mutta valtaosa henkilökunnasta oli kuitenkin kohteliasta. Hotellin saamat tähdet eivät vastaa hotellin tasoa.

Un hotel que cuida los detalles.
Pros:

Un hotel que cuida del huésped en todos los detalles, desde la bienvenida, la habitación impecable, la calidad de la ropa de cama de primer nivel, el detalle diario de agua mineral de cortesía y los chocolates me pareció un mimo extra perfecto.
La ubicación del hotel excelente, a cuadras de la Gran Vía pero sin estar en el ruido de la misma. Recomiendo sin dudar.
