Veoma dobro organizovan boravak, izuzetna lolacija samog hotela, ljubazno osoblje, i sl.

Doručak je bio veoma dobar, ali ne i izuzetan

Cons:

Doručak je bio svakog dana isti, odnosno identičan, nije previše raznovrstan za hotel sa pet zvezdica, i postane monoton za sve one goste koji borave u hotelu više dana.

Staff cordiale e preparato, sempre disponile. Colazione ottima

Cons:

Nel bagno, oltre che piccolo e non finestrato, non c’è un aspiratore. Letti datati, si presentano molli e usufruiti da troppo tempo. Purtroppo non è stato un bel dormire nonostante l’insonorizzazione tra camere sia eccellente, magari da rivedere invece quello della finestra.

Pros:

Habitacion amplia con todos los servicios. El lugar muy centrico de Madrid. El personal de 10. La atención recibida en general. La tabla de chuches y limonada en recepción. El bar escondido de Hemingway y la azotea del hotel con las vistas

Cons:

Por poner un punto negativo, el precio. Es un mal general, no solo de este hotel. Últimamente los precios estan fuera de lugar. Por muy buena que sea la cama no se puede pedir 200/300/500 euros para dormir y otros 25/30/50eur por un desayuno. A ver si la gente deja de ir y se dan cuenta que estan abusando. Otra cosilla es que en el desayuno no quedaban algunos productos basicos. No es importante ya que la oferta es amplia pero por el precio se podria esperar una mejor organización. Se deberia de poner aforo en la azotea porque era casi imposible moverse alli arriba de la gente que habia…

Great location and staff, but problems with cleanliness and room maintenance. Not worth the price.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the reception staff were very professional, helpful, and handled the situation politely.

Cons:

Considering the 5 stars, the room condition and cleanliness were below standard. The room entry door was difficult to open and was not fixed after being reported, the bed sheets were damaged, and the window was noticeably dirty. The most serious issue was a drainage problem in the shower, which caused water to flood the bathroom. The bread served at breakfast was stale every morning.
