El servicio del restaurante Suecia. Tardaron muchísimo en servir cada plato y se olvidaron de alguno. Da la impresión de cocina insuficiente, que no de mala calidad, para tantos comensales

The reception area was really beautiful. The restaurants and cafe were stunning. It’s in a great location in the middle of the city. The breakfast was glorious. Extremely nice and polite reception and restaurant staff and managers. The lunch and dinner menu looked great too but we only had breakfast
The rooms were really small. I had to ask 4 times for a bedroom with 2 beds as we were two ladies traveling together as friends. I had booked a twin bedroom 6 weeks previously but they said I would only know if I got a twin bedroom on the day of arrival. It was really frustrating. The room was so small the two single beds were right next to each other so it felt like we were in the same bed anyways. We were really excited to go watch the sunset at the rooftop bar. We went up at 6pm and were told by the extremely rude bar staff that we were not allowed in a they were preparing for a private party. When I had checked in I had asked what time they closed the rooftop bar and they told me 10pm - they never told me anything about the private party. I said we just wanted to take a photo with city behind us ands we were told no. We asked if we could have one drink up there before the party started at 7pm and they made us sit outside the toilet to drink our drink. The bar manager was extremely rude and literally shoulder slammed when he walked past me. I complained to the front office manager who was lovely. She said we could go up the following night before 7pm and have a drink on the house (they were having another private party) we went up at 6pm and the same nasty bar manager told us to basically get lost. I explained to the bar staff we had permission to have a drink and take a photo so they gave us a drink and then told us to leave. We eventually got our photo but the bar staff and bar manager were absolutely awful and disgustingly rude to us.

All the entrance space was used for a crowded and always loud cafe. No lobby area to sit.
