Pros:

Alojamiento cómodo y moderno a un paso de la Gran Vía. Habitación con todo tipo de detalles y personal muy amable. Se agradece que acepten mascotas y que les pongan cama, cuencos y pelota.

Going to the reception desk was inconvenient, I’m senior and had knee replacement and stairs was not comfortable for in my situation

El servicio y la atención, el desayuno incre

Cons:

Que uno de los días que llegamos después de un día agotador de un paseo, no íbamos del todo presentables, y uno de los host nos trato un poco feo cuando preguntamos por el rooftop, y cuando le dijimos que éramos huéspedes su actitud cambio a super amable y muy sonriente.
