Pros:

Convenient location. Simple room. Liked the outdoor balcony.

Cons:

Price was high, but was due to the concert in town.

Very dated property, but clean and near restaurants and the wonderful state botanical gardens.

Location close to stadium for concert easy to get to resturants shopping or gas. Staff was nice friendly and helpful.

Not a fan of doors between rooms unless for due to begin a group together.

Staff was nice but this place is scary and disgusting, I will never stay again.
Pros:

The property was close to stuff and staff was nice

Cons:

All u could smell was weed in the hallways. Drug addicts out back. Felt very unsafe.

Outdated air-conditioning didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the shower never got hot only barely warm, the sliding doors in the back wouldn’t really open and then the staff tells you when you go in to get breakfast that you have to eat it inside the small lobby that you’re not allowed to take it outside anywhere

With Master's Golf nearby, this reasonably priced room near my brother in ICU was workable.
Pros:

Cons:

Big section of plaster detached from ceiling in shower. Sketchy lock on sliding door - didn't seem terribly sturdy.
Sink had big cracks. It's obviously an old hotel, but those are pretty basic items.
