Night auditor/receptionist on the front desk at 11:30 am Rude

The moment I walk into the lobby the associate who’s name wasn’t provide to me only her rank Night auditor!!!
“you have a reservation” I show her my phone, with the reservation confirmation with my name and guest name

first thing she say” Booking reservation sucks” we are “Choice privileges” group and they aren’t link to our system and booking reservations never come true!!

them she say A $100 refundable credit card is needed I was like well here is my Amed she replied: you are going to do it in the machine

She couldnt find the reservation by confirmation or name or credit card or email nit even try by guest name.

she told me that it was nothing she would or could do

I call customer service at booking answer in 3 minutes
they told me to hold they call the front desk

then she ask me it might be on your guest name???

at this point Im so upset, not
just she ahow off with me in front of other guests
but age told me all these reason not to use ever again Bookkng.

Very comfortable accommodations after a long day drive. Very convenient location to I 77 and I 64.
Pros:

Bed bugs, cockroaches, mold, dirty towels, broken AC, horrible manager who barely speaks English, mediocre staff

Nothing the property was absolutely horrible and the stay was disgusting the staff was mediocre and the manager is horrible shouldn’t even have this job I rented the hotel for 4 days, I stayed 3 nights and checked out a night early I was told I would get my refund with my deposit and I never got a refund and the manager refused to give me my money the beds had bed bugs and the towels in the room were dirty the rooms AC turns off every 20-30 minutes the rooms smell and they have cockroaches and the breakfast has mold and made me sick

Refrigerator was broken, loosing us $80 of food. They offered us a $30 refund which is not acceptable compensation. Overall cleanliness was substandard and the shower drain was clogged. Will not be returning

Great spot with friendly, clean, comfy bed. Breakfast great variety.

The front desk staff checking us in was so nice. Very informative about area. Dining etc.
