Staff gentilissimo

Trotz Parken in der Baustelle, hat uns das Personal beruhigt, dass das kein Problem ist und immer eine Lösung zu finden sei. So war es auch :-)

Sehr schöne neue + ruhige Zimmer, gute Betten, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück und nettes Personal. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Shkodra zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Excellent location. Breakfast fully prepared and served at the time requested. Free parking at the front door. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Habitacion amplia, limpia, hotel muy bien ubicado. Aparcamiento gratis junto al hotel. Buena atencion.

Hotellin sijainti oli erinomainen, kaikkialla oli siistiä ja puhdasta, sänky oli mukava ja kaiken lisäksi aamiainen oli runsas.

Beautiful rooms, quiet, really nice staff.

Firstly, the staff were so wonderful and friendly, I immediately felt at home. With breakfast included, I was worried that I would miss it on my first morning as I had to leave the hotel at 7am for a tour, but before I even had a chance to raise the question the staff had asked what time I would like to have my breakfast, and when I said 'Is 6.30 too early or is that ok?" they said 'Of course that's ok! We'll see you then'. The breakfast itself was great and surprisingly the dining room was full of guests doing the same thing as me but they still found me a spot and were very attentive. The next morning I slept in and missed breakfast, which was my own doing, but when I went downstairs to check out they asked if I wanted breakfast and they would make it for me even thought it was past breakfast time! Besides the incredible staff and service, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable, with new towels provided daily. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, shower had great pressure and overall the whole room was sleek and everything worked exactly as it should. Location was amazing also, literally right next the main strip of bars and restaurants (but you wouldn't know it when you go to sleep, I couldn't hear anything). There were shops, live music and parks all within a 5 minute walk.

Great location near the old town and local restaurants. They allowed me to store my luggage with them whilst I went on a hike in the mountains for a few days. They rushed me a packed breakfast to take with me on my journey which was very welcome.

Location is next to a pedestrian strip, very well located

The location is very close to the center. The apartment is modern , and bed comfortable the bathroom is good with lots of hot water.

We enjoyed our stay very much as we’re looking for a central hotel in Shkoder - we found heartwarming friendly staff in a central location. This hotel offers you anything you’re looking for, for a short term stay as a couple. So we’ll come back.

It’s all about the location and the staff - very central in Shkodër and the staff is everytime nice, friendly and of course helpful for anything you need during your stay.
