I booked this hotel as it got overall 8. That means very good.
Actually it is worst.
The behavior of the staff arrogant, humiliating and worst I ever seen.
The front desk does not receive the call if you want to connect before check-in.
When the front desk understood I am a solo traveler they gave me a filthy room.
The AC and Tv does not work. When told the front desk and hotel room service man stared and started talking like I am operating them first time in my life. Room was full of Mosquitos and when asked they said no repellant available in the hotel.
The room furnitures are extremely old and not maintained at all.
Room is damp. not like the pictures.
