Nasty stay!

The location was close to restaurants.

Cons:

The only room available was a handicap suite. The door was not secure, the room was dirty. I found long black hairs on my pillow and all over the bathroom floor. The shower had not been cleaned, there was open container of shampoo on the floor of the shower. The manager bragged about the continental breakfast when we checked in. We were very excited and got up early to go. They offered two loaves of bread, doles packaged fruit cup, and two dispensers of corn flakes and raisen brann. Also there was not even a coffee maker in our room. We thought perhaps it was the wrong room, however it was not.

I would never stay there again. Not worth the money I paid. Roaches everywhere.

The location was very close to my family's home that was it.

Cons:

The room was outdated and in a very bad condition. It smelled like cigarettes and we wanted non smoking room. The curtains had holes in it. The walls had holes and cracks, the bed was so uncomfortable and the headboard was peeling, the bathroom walls had cracks and around the toilet base there were holes. Roaches were on the ceiling and in the bathroom. The sink to brush your teeth was rusted and disgusting. Breakfast consists of toast coffee juice and cereal. That was it. The cleaning lady was the only nice part of the hotel she was very sweet.

Place should be condemned.
Cons:

The place is an absolute dump. We didn't even check in. It looks nothing like the pictures and looks like it should be condemned. I could not in good conscience even take my children in. I did not feel that they would be safe. Thankfully I was able to find a good deal at a very nice hotel on another website. Booking.com should not even be booking for this hotel.

Completed room my behind ! TV did not work , don’t even tell anyone your providing b-fast. Electric plugs 6 feet up. Internet router on floor crushed by the front door 🚪 🏃‍♀️ from this place!

Pros:

Breakfast was not a breakfast. Location was in a bad part of town. Rats were running around. Toilet seat was wobbly and falling off. No coffee for the coffee maker. Elevator did not work. Had to use rickety old stairs. Person at front desk was not friendly and bossy with attitude. The whole place sucked!
