Pros:

The property was in a great location to where we were headed the next day.

Cons:

The room was very "damp", the tub and bathroom were not very clean. But we were only there for about 9 hours so it served its purpose.

Nice stay in convenient location--would book again.
Pros:

We booked the king suite which was very spacious. It had a full sized fridge which was nice as we were visiting family for a few days. Bed was comfortable & AC kept the large room cool.

It was VERY outdated. The pool was dirty and cloudy. paint was peeling, smells bad and rooms are severely outdated

Improvements would be helpful.
Pros:

Bed/pillows very comfortable.
Staff was really warm, friendly and helpful.
Seattle Coffee was awesome.....just what I needed.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor. Hot dishes were somewhere between cardboard and wood chips.
Toilet seat in main level bathroom had excrement on the surface. I had to clean it myself before use.
No fan in my bathroom.....unable to clear mist and odors.
Considerable road/traffic noise in room at most times (room was facing US1.).
Significant noise from upper floor(s). Had to put HVAC fan on constant running to mitigate noise.
