The location comfortable bed
That you have to pay for parking, it advertised 2 restaurants as 1 is a coffee shop the other a bar with bar food. No breakfast included and we had to pay for the coffee in the morning as the room coffee was terrible.
There was a crack in the bathroom sink and the shower door would not open or close properly.
No secure looked door from the parking garage ( 3rd floor) to the entrance of the hotel. Anybody could of walked in off the street. For the price didn't meet our expectations.
Chip was wonderful! I was having issues with the valet texting and h e was kind enough to assist me with putting the charge on my room and getting my car each morning he saw me in the lobby.
The entire valet team at The Graduate were kind, prompt, and took great care of my car.
Hotel was understaffed. Check in was delayed by inadequate housekeeping. Bookings.com failed to transmit my reservation as requested and confirmed. I reserved a double queen room but received a king single which was not adequate for my stay but there was nothing the property could do.
If anyone is traveling to Charlottesville, I’d highly recommend staying at the Graduate hotel

Great location on the Corner in downtown Charlottesville. Rooms were custom painted with the UVA orange and blue! Chip the parking attendant was very helpful and great to deal with!
I am a monthly parker here at the Graduate. Every weekday morning Chip, the valet supervisor, greets me with a smile and a kind greeting. He is exactly the kind of person a hotel would want a guest to see when they first arrive. So hospitable!

Chip is amazing always very helpful. I park my car here everyday and he always lets me know before I go to the gate if the hotel is fully booked and there is no daily parking. The staff is always so welcoming especially after a long day at work. Overall a great experience everytime!

Chip, the valet parking attendant at the graduate, is consistently kind, reliable, and professional in his interaction with the hotel guests and monthly parkers. He is one of the first people I see every morning and a reliable smile at the start of my day.

Chip at valet is the best. He is incredibly helpful every morning (as a monthly parker) making sure I get in and out of the gate and have somewhere safe to park. Thanks for your hard work!
My only wish (which is in 0 relationship to Chip’s dedication- seriously he is great!) is that PMC would lower their monthly parking rate, as the pricing is steep for many of us healthcare workers and other options for parking are increasingly limited.
I am a monthly parker at the graduate and Chip is always a friendly face that I see when I start and end my work day. He is always professional and helpful and I have really appreciated him throughout the time I have been a customer at the graduate!
