The morning staff was rude didn’t even act like they saw us there

Not much glad it was a quick stay

Cons:

Room they gave us wasn’t cleaned from the last guest bed all messed up trash everywhere & dirty towel in the bathroom

Pros:

Poor representation of Hilton brand. Not sure what run down flea bag it was before but this does not work for sure. Broken ice machine, mini fridge doesn’t cool, coffee is garbage Folgers and unavailable 1sr day, shower amenities empty and had to change myself, iron did not work and iron board all torn up. Told to go buy my own ice and This after having to go buy my own coffee since theirs was not working

Stayed 2 nights for a trip, check in was easy. Good hotel
Pros:

Good location near I81 but no interstate noise. Friendly staff, good basic breakfast. Clean rooms

Cons:

Stairs but No elevator, my travel partner had some mobility issues but made it. Tv noise from next room

Great hotel and great price
Pros:

We had a great night's stay here. The digital check in went very smoothly and we really liked that we could choose our own room. We were offered a real key of we were more comfortable with one. The room had a fridge and AC that worked great. We did not hear any road noise or noise from other rooms on our hall or above us at all. Loved the water filling station right beside the ice machine. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Lower price than other hotels in the area. Well lit parking lot with easy access to 81 north or south. 2 restaurants just steps away! Breakfast was very basic but did meet our needs. Yogurt with toppings, cereal, bagels, hard boiled eggs, apples and muffins. Staff was great about keeping the coffee in stock. Easy few minute drive to Roanoke. Can't ask any more than that!

Little black bugs in room,
Will not allow early check-in like other hotels will allow if room has been cleaned.
They did NOT clean our room one day, nor exchange towels, will NOT be staying at this property or any Hilton in future.

Excellent
Pros:

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. This was my second stay at this hotel. Easy on-off of I81 and food choices in the area.
