ONE STAR RATING IS TOO GENEROUS This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING when we arrived there was trash behind the bed, hair in the shower, the towels had marks that looked like lipstick. NOTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS CLEAN they advertise NO SMOKING but every room including the hallways smell of smoke and weed. My son would come stay during the day with my wife and granddaughter while I work because of the non safe sketchy environment surrounding by hobos and drug dealers and the manager himself said he would not allow my son (who was fully clothed not in swim wear) to sit by the pool and watch over my wife and granddaughter while they swam for their safety because he didn’t trust that he wasn’t swimming. Then when they informed him that only the two were swimming and my son was only there to watch over them you can even watch us to make sure he doesn’t swim he replied with “I don’t care he’s not going in because I don’t feel like watching you guys” we payed for 5 nights you would think we would be treated like guest not fugitives over a swimming pool. So please save your money and stay literally anywhere else ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN this place is filled with nothing but freaks and manager who won’t even let a grandma and 6 year old granddaughter have someone watch over them. I honestly don’t know what’s more pathetic the mangers attitude over a swimming pool, the lousy cleaning jobs, or the lousy little muffins as their “breakfast included” privilege every single advertisement they have about this place is a LIE! I know this is a budget friendly hotel but you’re probably better off sleeping under a bridge.

Good over all
Pros:

Clean, still a work in progress (updating, smells like cleaning products (good with me) showers great! Pool is a little shallow but good for kids, the workers are kind, beds are soft and comfy, quiet, feel safe

Cons:

A little older decor, breakfast could be better. ALL IN ALL THOUGH HE WORKER SAID THEY HAD BIG PLANS FOR BREAKFAST SOON, pool towels are kept at office

I do plan on staying there again
Pros:

The room was excellent. Very clean and loved the flooring.

Cons:

The room entrance door was not a fit, showed light from the hallway.. It was a little weird. The hallway smelled bad.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, spacious room

Cons:

TV was kinda small, AC was kinda loud, tub wouldn't fill because of leaky drain and I couldn't figure out the washer & dryer (nobody's fault but mine)

Felt like I was staying in a crack motel

Cons:

The room was gross. Basically like a surface clean but not extra clean. Lamp shades handing off the lamps. The shower curtain was stained yellow. There was dirt behind the toilet. At check in they ran my credit card AND charged a cash deposit. Which wasn’t made known upon booking. I was told before check in could be completed I need to go to an ATM and get $60 cash. Upon check out I handed the attendant my key and he said well you’re all good. I had to tell him to give me my deposit back. Upon which he acted surprised, said he had to check the room and then said he would need the hand written receipt before he could give me my money back. I gave that to him he handed me $60, out of a plain white envelope he had in the cash drawer.
