可もなくも疲れを癒しにくかったです。
Pros:

チェックインに際して事前にメールでの連絡無しでトラブり疲れを休めるはずが更に疲れました。部屋は思ったより狭くて写真にあるようなソファーもなく充分には納得出来ず。コストパフォーマンスはあまり感じませんでした。

本当に大丈夫な宿？
Pros:

面倒なので詳しく書きませんがヤミ民泊だと思います。
まず電話しても名前を名乗らないのが怪しい。
その電話番号も事前連絡とは違う番号だった。
チェックイン時間を過ぎても対応してくれたのはプラスだが、鍵の受け渡しが事前連絡と全く違ったりして総合するとマイナス。
今回安さにつられてhotels.comでこちらを予約したが、今後は素直に楽天トラベルでちゃんとしたホテルを予約しようと思います。

Pros:

The location is safe and convenient - nearby a convenient store and restaurants, 15-min. walk to JR station and <10-min walk to metro line. The room is a bit small for twin-bed, but reasonably equipped with utensils for kitchen. The toilet and shower room are well partitioned.

家族だけで利用するのであれば十分に満足出来たと思うのですが今回は親族と一緒に利用したのでサービスに物足りなさを感じました。
