Great value. Convenient to downtown.
The location was nice
The coffee maker didn’t work. The cable tv remote didn’t work. The beds were worn out. Mattresses were too soft and unsupportive. The bathroom wasn’t stocked with shampoo or conditioners. Overall the room was in disrepair
The property is close to many restaurants and bars, walking distance. The property is affordable, clean and comfortable.
We are not used to trains flying by all hours of the night though and recommend ear plugs if you stay here.
I had to check in with some guy on a video screen who I’m sure is in India, very frustrating and weird. Room was very poorly put together. Stains on bed linens, and chair… I mean very noticeable 😒. The bathroom door doesn’t close and the toilet seat was barely attached, slides almost completely off, closet door shakes when you walk. Beds were ok I guess. Location is great. Overall, this should be priced the same as a motel 6. The next morning, when I went to the front desk to express our disappointment with the state of the room, I was instructed that I needed to let the manager know on a Monday. I spoke with the manager today and she refused to give me any sort of refund because I didn’t let them know the second we got there. This is very unfortunate considering that we put our things down and we’re hungry from traveling and immediately left to go get something to eat. When we came back, it was getting dark and it was cold and we were unpacking our things. It wasn’t until the evening went on that we started to notice all of these issues with the room. This is terrible customer service and I do not recommend anyone staying here.
Guess I’m not the only one as you can see in the photos from the yelp reviews. Looking at some of these pictures, I also forgot that there was like blue dye all over our toilet paper as well.
If you’re looking for a better place to stay, try Canyon Inn Motel. They were so much better and cheaper.
Everything is good
Train noise
I didn’t like the online concierge in the office. It felt weird. I did talk to a person at the desk, but the online one was too loud and felt intrusive.
Also, I missed having a bathtub
The shower.
Indian virtual check in outsourced, ridiculous.
The decor was updated, and set up for functionality. We loved the location right on our travel route and the fact that it was pet friendly.
The room where we were located was a bit dark and noisy because it was in a back corner near the stairs.
Good price
Dirty bed covers
everything was great, everyone was attentive
some scuffs on the walls that could easily be wiped off especially what looked like nasal mucus on certain parts of the wall.
also, i didn’t mention this to the attendant for lapse in memory but it would take roughly 3-4 taps for the key card to activate the door.
Comfortable and quiet
