The front office staff was really nice and helpful.

Cons:

It was dirty under the beds it seemed that they had not vacuumed and clean it by the furniture it was dirty too.

Dirty underwear outside window, one bed sunk in, huge hole in restroom door, shower curtain torn, refrigerator making noise, TV remote didn't work properly and pillows had no cushion.
