Cons:

Within 30 minutes of checking into our room, we discovered what appeared to be mold growing on the ceiling. This immediately raised serious concerns about the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall safety of the property.

We brought the issue to management's attention right away. Although we were offered another room, we were not comfortable staying at the property after discovering a potential mold issue. Mold can indicate a larger moisture problem, and simply moving us to another room did not address our concerns about the property's overall condition.

What made this experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of flexibility or accountability. Despite discovering the issue almost immediately after checking in, the hotel refused to make an exception to its nonrefundable policy. We ultimately returned our keys and left rather than risk staying somewhere we did not feel was safe.

We also submitted a complaint to the appropriate environmental health authorities because we believe these concerns deserve to be taken seriously.

I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but there should absolutely be exceptions when legitimate health and safety concerns arise. Guests should not be expected to choose between their well-being and losing their money.

This was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property. Cleanliness, guest safety, and reasonable customer service should be basic expectations, not something guests have to fight for.

The location and price. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room needed to be cleaned a little better. The t.v. was very difficult to find channels to watch. Would have been nice to have a guide or list of channels.
