The room was clean.
The hot water in the shower was only lukewarm. Check-in at the kiosk was a bit confusing.

Staff not accommodating. Room was not cleaned. Stayed two nights with bathrooms being cleaned and trash being emptied. Air conditioning rattling and people drinking and partying and we got no sleep

Do Not Stay Here – Unsafe and Poorly Maintained
Our experience at this motel was extremely disappointing due to numerous cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues.
The photos of the single king rooms were misleading. The bathroom had clearly not been remodeled, lacked basic amenities such as towel racks, and the room was missing towels upon arrival. When my husband opened the bathroom cabinet to look for extras, the cabinet door fell off.
That evening, we discovered the deadbolt on the room door did not work. Only one ceiling light had a functioning bulb, and it flickered throughout the night even when switched off. The next morning, my husband sat in the room's only chair and discovered it was completely soaked. We also noticed that the smoke detector was hanging loose and not fully attached to the ceiling.
At that point, I requested a different room. After packing and moving all of our belongings, we returned later that day to find more problems. The shower curtain had multiple visible dirt stains, and the smoke detector had a plastic bag tied around it. After removing the bag, I noticed that this detector also appeared loose and improperly attached. I requested a replacement shower curtain the following morning.
The most serious issue occurred later that day. We left around 11:00 a.m. and returned around 4:00 p.m. to find our exterior room door standing wide open. Fortunately, nothing was stolen, but we have no idea how long the room had been unsecured. Had we gone straight to dinner instead of stopping by the room first, it could have remained open for several more hours. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff seemed largely unconcerned.
Despite all of these issues, management refused to offer any refund or compensation.
To make matters worse, on the morning of checkout, someone began knocking on our door two hours before checkout time and then opened the door before identifying themselves as housekeeping. The motel does not provide daily housekeeping service or "Do Not Disturb" signs, making this especially concerning.
Between the maintenance problems, cleanliness issues, and repeated safety concerns, I cannot recommend staying here.
The staff was incredibly friendly, noise was either very low or I was so tired I slept through it, clean facilities, pool was warm.

The beds were comfortable and the desk manager was nice.
The couches and most of the furniture looked like it had been repurpsed from defunct motels. The couch should have been put out of its misery. Everything needs an upgrade.
This run down motel is the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life!
The train runs all night and sleep is impossible. The room conditions are so run down, they should have paid me to stay the night. Everything was broken and in ruins.
Calling this place Inn Suites is a complete joke, only a couple rooms were remodeled and used for photo displays/ advertising, there rest of the rooms should be condemned. Never Ever stay here, sleep in your car instead!
