HORRIBLE EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! They are thieves. I paid for my 2 night stay through Suiteness ahead of my stay. Upon checking into my room, it smelled like urine and feces. The sofa was so dirty, it could be sat upon. The floor and carpet were stained and peeled up in areas. The beds sagged in the middle and looked like the linens had not been washed properly. No doors on closets, bathrooms disgusting with mold and peeling paint and nasty faucets. Walls looked like there had human waste on them. Asked for a refund before I left and the manager was not able to refund my 2 night stay. The charge card tried to fight this and the hotel said that I did not check out of the room.
This hotel is DIRTY. Both by stealing money and filthy. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I did not stay there the bathroom was so dirty I couldn't stay there so I paid but did not stay I also had to go somewhere else to stay so it coast me double the money

Worst bed ever. Faucet was super wobbly. Most of the outlets did not work. There was no glass turntable in the microwave. There were cupboards hanging from the hinges, loose. All around bad!

Perfect location- would stay here again- in fact, we came back the next evening because we were still in town
Pros:

Location. The shower! The soap, the LIVE staff.

Cons:

Trying to use the men on the kiosk. Couldn’t understand them- closed captioning made no sense and it picked up all the conversations of everyone in the lobby. Ended up being helped by the staff.
