It would be nice if they were able to provide breakfast. I understand COVID played a part. The bed is very comfortable. Love being upstairs. Very Quiet. I love the fact they have a kitchen with stove, full sink, microwave.
Really do not have any major complaints, just needs to be a little cleaner. Found some trash, and one of the dishes in the cupboard was dirty. I am glad I caught that because we would not have left dirty dishes.
Nothing i didn't get to stay there
They keep my money but didn't let me stay in the room i booked.
This is the best dollar for dollar place you can stay in the Flagstaff area. I usually stay here every few weeks and for the price, its always super clean and close to where I need to be
Nice location, out of town but still close. Good value.
Virtual check in. I would rather see a person nit a screen.
Lack of places to hang clothes up.
Good location and good price
The room smelled of dump, was also dark as on the ground floor and there was a lot of noise coming from the floor above, even early morning (6am). The coffee maker didn't work either.
There were a few things in the room that showed some modernizing, but mostly it was bordering on 60's grubby.
I could tell that people had put care into the place, but not capital. The beds were saggy, the sheets were thin. But the one group it should be marketed to is BARGAIN hunters, though we were there on a weekend of high occupancy due to NAU graduation so it was hardly inexpensive.
Convenient location
Full breakfast
The size of the room. Very spacious
The parking lot was small
Clean, quiet
Clean, big rooms,
All good accommodations. Thank you!
Location on Route 66, and close to Downtown Flagstaff
Very tired and small rooms.
This is NOT a hotel - this is a motel
When arriving to check in the person at the front was pleasant and kind and she helped with what I was asking for. Just to let everyone know is this place does not have late check out. My daughter was in the hospital and I wanted to stay a bit longer with her that’s why I ask for a late check in the morning plus no one was at the front desk. I had to talk to an Indian dude through a computer monitor. What happen to face to face customer service. Will for that I rated the place down.
