Please inspect & properly clean rooms. If paid for a king that’s what I expect

Cons:

Booked king bed suite. Got a queen bed, room was not clean. Frig spelled & had a loud sound coming from it. Lots of dead Beatles in the bathroom in shower & window seal. Finishes to the room updates done poorly.

Very comfortable and clean.
Pros:

I loved how nice the staff was. I also enjoyed the room very much, it was comfortable. I appreciated the late check out as my boyfriend worked late and came to visit me at the hotel.

Cons:

Not really much to complain about.

Overall great motel. ESP in slow months where it’s extremely cheap
Pros:

Good views and cheap

Cons:

I really disliked the lobby. One live person. The other was an Indian call center video machine. It was fast and effective but also like off putting.

Disappointed and felt like we couldn’t enjoy our stay due the filth.
Pros:

Location near NAU.

Cons:

Dirty sheets with makeup & marks on them, dirty towels with current makeup on them , dirty shower with hair in drain and surroundings on floor. No mirrors except bathroom. Chair in room had nasty stains &spilled marks /gross contents and hair on it , very filthy .
