Cons:

Everything. I felt cat phished as I entered my room. I left about 20 mins. The parking lot is not safe, reason why I left. The clerk didn't ask why I was checking out so soon which gives me the impression that this is normal. I feared for my safety for myself and my car.

first if you come in evening or night there is no one at the desk tocheck you in. you checked in my someone over video call and your key is provided by the machine. I asked for extra towels and washcloths did"tt recieve them. and the TV did work be prepared to bring a fire stick to watch tv calling for assitance with TV either one answered or you get a generic answer. carpet was ripped exposed cords shower had mild dew and there was shit on the toilet seat.

Cheap and good value
Pros:

Just needed a place to sleep to split up our drive, good value and location for what's needed.

Cons:

I've stayed here before and the room I stayed in the first time was much nicer and warmer. This one was cold all night and we had to blast the heater which was loud and made the air very dry. Also did the check in with the kiosk with the screen and only spoke to an attendant via screen instead of the individual behind the desk, and I just prefer speaking with a real person.

Pros:

Kiosk check in was new. His accent was hard to understand.
Love, love the bed!!

Cons:

Door with huge draft. Used towel to block cold air.

I loved the location

Cons:

When I arrived I they switched my room from king to 2 queen said it was an upgrade. Then when I go to the rooms the beds were not made. The toilet didn’t not work and then one of beds has like 3 different indents in it. I was very disappointed

Pros:

Was double charged because my boyfriend didn't know it was already paid because I was ill. One worker said we would be reimbursed then called back n said the manager wasn't going to reimburse us. Seemed like it was such an easy fix but I guess that 90some was more important.we go to Flagstaff a lot with family but think I'll tell them not to stay there.
