Casi nada nos ubicaron en una habitación que el piso estaba totalmente mojado, el aire acondicionado tenia desperfectos nos pidieron disculpas y nos cambiaron de habitación . Perdimos tiempo.
Mal servicio no habian toallas, una señorita en recepción me trato mal porque le pedi un cochecito para maletas me mando a que las buscara . Otra mujer en el desayuno controlaba lo que uno se servia incluso encontramos una cucaracha en el agua hervida y lo reportamos y esta mujer dijo que era del techo habian dos cubetas que depositan el agua de los agujeros del techo. Pesimo.

There was a misunderstanding when it came to the room I reserved. Kim and crystal went above and beyond to ensure that they were able to accommodate my family's needs.

The pool was great, the free breakfast was excellent, the room was huge, the location was perfect and the staff was excellent. Access was easy on/off from Route 80 and the property was very well maintained so it looked very nice.
In the room we had a struggle with the AC thermostat control. Seemed like it should have been simple but it was either on or off, no set a temp and it was automatic from there. The shower water pressure was too strong and caused us to soak the floor twice (fortunately was had extra towels) There were loose things (shade on bedside wall lamp, wall peg for hanging clothes, wires hanging down loose from behind the TV, frig power cord was a tripping hazard. I fixed some of these thing myself but the maid staff needs to pay better attention to little things like this and advise maintenance accordingly.
Good standard Marriott hotel
With thunderstorms. We didn't have AC or power . Not the hotel s fault especially with July 4rth holiday but we should have at least got a discount for the 2nd day.
They could have prepared well and planned better for the breakfast area, was crazily crowded, long waits for waffles. The placement of waffle makers were odd as they were right near the plates and cutlery and eggs. And the breakfast didn't have even the regular potatoes/ fries. Can definitely do better compared to other similar standard hotels and competitors.
It made it hard for people to navigate the lines and ended up crowding the place.

Staff, cleanliness and room furniture and space was great.
I didn't like the master light control. It was inconvenient to figure out how to turn on and off the lights I wanted. It also turned off the plugs on the night stand.
