Atención Especial del Staff
Pros:

Bom custo-benefício no centro de Madrid
Pros:

Bem localizado, na “Times Square” de Madrid. Fácil acesso a vários pontos turísticos, muitos restaurantes, lojas e mercados na porta. Quarto muito confortável, excelente espaço para 3 pessoas, banheiro ótimo! Amenities muito bons, café Nespresso no quarto, água cortesia. Apesar do barulho na rua, pelo intenso movimento de carros e pessoas, o quarto era bem silencioso. Elevadores ótimos, sempre chegava rápido.

Boa localização com um custo mais alto
Pros:

Localização excelente e perto das principais atrações da cidade. Instalações internas com aparência antiga, mas muito bonitas.

Cons:

Custo alto apesar da localização. Trata-se de um hotel com dependências antigas. Algumas dificuldades: chuveiro dentro da banheira e com proteção da água bem precária, ou seja, vai molhar o piso após o banho; as portas do guarda-roupa são antigas e o abrir e fechar das portas é facilmente percebido dos quartos vizinhos; para o barulho da rua a acústica é boa, porém não funciona bem para os quartos vizinhos. Não fiz uso do café da manhã de € 24,00 por pessoa.
