Sehr gutes Hotel mit Bestlage
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer, Rooftopbar mit Pool, Frühstück reichhaltig!

Cons:

Bedienung an der Rooftopbar „sehr langsam“. Da wir zur WM waren, war man in der Rezeption unwillig und verwehrte uns, dass Österreich Spiel um 6h Früh im TV (Looby) anzusehen. Fanden wir nicht OK!

Very Expensive Hotel, but the Pool Feels Like a Public Party

I am very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Emperador.

Considering the extremely high price of more than €350 per night, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the hotel's rooftop pool was open to what seemed like anyone, not just hotel guests. During the days I stayed there, the pool area was overcrowded with drunk people partying, drinking excessively, and creating an unpleasant atmosphere.

Instead of a relaxing and exclusive environment, it felt more like a public party venue. Guests paying premium rates should not have to share the facilities with large groups of intoxicated visitors.

For the amount of money this hotel charges, the experience simply does not justify the cost. If you are looking for a peaceful and high-quality stay, be aware that the pool area may be full of loud partygoers and excessive drinking.

In my opinion, Hotel Emperador is not worth the price. Be careful before booking.

Piscina maravillosa. Alojamiento deprimente
Pros:

Únicamente la piscina; es excelente. Aunque el servicio de camareros podría mejorar

Cons:

Habitaciones deprimentes y absolutamente anticuadas. No había kit dental. Precio desorbitado para un alojamiento tan antiguo e incómodo.

Emperador: hotel ideal para shopping en Madrid!
Pros:

Excelente ubicación sobre la gran Via!!! ideal para hacer shopping. Puedes entrar y salir varias veces con tus bolsas durante el día.. super comodo!!!!
Tiene piscina, detalle importante si viajas en verano!

Cons:

Los cuartos bastante pequeños, esperaba cuartos mas grandes.
Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia comiendo en el restaurante que tienen en el roof top: la comida llegó mas de 45 minutos tarde y nos cayó mal a las 3.
