No response from manager about issues.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The shampoo conditioner and body wash bottles were all empty. Asked for a blanket and they gave us a shower curtain and said it was all they had. There was also no bedding for the sofa bed. Breakfast was good.

Great location for an evening planned in downtown San Jose
Pros:

Check-in was easy and the room was ready when we arrived. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

Cons:

The towels are old, paper thin and scratchy! That is my only complaint!
