Need renovation and better friendlier staff
Parking was good staff ok there was a homeless woman sleeping on the bench outside watching my every move. I think she was looking in the vehicles.
It was run down and there were sketchy people checking in at the same time as us.
The carpet in the corridors had a very bad smell and the room had torn curtains
I thought it was a Wyndham but it was really a Howard Johnson's. Not clean.
Affordable.
Staff could be a little friendlier , front desk hounded me for walking in with 2 other people, when we had 3 total rooms booked
Hotel okay for one night, but needs serious updating both inside and out.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beds were comfortable.
Smelled so bad , dirty , didn’t even stay
Left with 30 minutes of check because we did not feel safe. Had to book due to another hotel overlooking. Booked over phone and LA Qunita representative said hotel was safe and that we would be pleased with the quality. Looked seedy but checked in because it was 11 pm. Receptionist asked the ages of our 2 kids which I thought was odd. The hotel was run down and filthy. The door locks were broken. Heard someone in the adjoining room trying to turn the knob of the shared door. Vagrants in parking lot and around the outside doors of rooms. The water in the shower and sink was yellow. We immediately began calling around to find somewhere else to and THANK GOD for Hilton because they were able to get us a room. We left immediately. I was going to tell the receptionist that we were checking out but the scuzzy clientele that were checking in freaked me out.
No phone in the room to reach out to them. I stayed on the fourth fl but to get to my room is a maze , commute from the room to the lobby take time. No hot water, the tv wasn’t working. They only take cash to buy something to eat. Check out is at 11:00 am I just l check out around 6:00 am instead due to how uncomfortable I was nd unable to reach. When I was leaving I said nothing works here the lady took my key card without showing concern to ask why. So I left
Saw a roach in my shower, hair in sheets, floor not clean
Hotel is run down with multiple repairs and updates required.
Ideal for a quick pit stop stay.
Property has a lot of work to do. The first room they gave me (411) was destroyed. No lights, Broken lamps, the TV did not work, the Balcony door was broken, and there was a really strong, bad odor. They changed my room but warned me that they do not usually do that, which is crazy. They indicate that the hotel is renovating, but until then, this should be called a motel, not a Hotel. Definitely not worth the money.
Its ok
Avoid at all cost!!!
Not great. So many things wrong. Checked in, room not cleaned. Used coffee bags still in machine. Open bottles of drink still in fridge. Safe not working, said they would sort and didn’t.
Room clean online day was shocking, bed was made prior to going out for the day when I got back they’d unmade it and left the bedding at the end of the bed for me to make up.
Rubbish left in floor.
Holes in walls
Unreplenished toiletries
Staff don’t care
And for $100 a night just not worth it.
Totally ruined my stay, was here for 5 nights from London to attend a family funeral so the incompetence of the hotel added to what was already an emotional and stressful stay.
Property is too old looking, it needs to be remodeled.
Very clean professional. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are excellent for the price. The amenities in the room perfect.I have no complaint. This is a bargain I thank everyone. And I shall visit again
Decent stay for at an affordable price.
The place needs a complete make over. The upkeep of the place us terrible. It’s smell bad, things don’t work
