Decent hotel if looking for something near the airport
Pros:

Location was near the airport. We walked to a nearby restaurant for lunch but were told by the waitress that it was not a good area to walk around at night. Elevator was super tiny and the hallways had chipped paint. The room itself was clean but small and the bed was on a cheap metal frame. Location of the sink in side the bathroom made it hard for multiple people to get ready in the morning. Free breakfast was nice and decent with make your own waffles and a nice seating area.

Good Location, Poor First Impression

I’ve always thought Ramada was a decent option, but this stay changed my mind.

Upon arrival, even finding parking gave me a feeling I didn’t want to stay. The hotel was in the middle of replacing carpet, and a large roll of new carpet was spread across the parking lot. While I understand renovations happen—and thought, at least the carpet will be new—we had to squeeze around it in a tight area just to get inside.

Once indoors, the vibe felt uncomfortable right away. We had booked a good rate through a third party, so we continued with check-in. The front desk attendant wasn’t particularly friendly, though not rude. She asked if we wanted two parking permits since there were two of us, which seemed odd.

When we reached our room, the door had areas where paint was missing. The key unlocked the door, but it was completely jammed. We tried pushing hard with our shoulders while it was unlocked, and that was our clear sign to leave.

The desk agent offered us another room but explained she couldn’t cancel since it was booked through a third party. I told her we’d rather lose the money than stay somewhere we didn’t feel comfortable. After contacting the third-party booking service, she ultimately did issue a full refund, which I appreciated.

For fairness: I didn’t see the inside of the room. The hallway was filled with renovation tools but seemed clean enough, and the housekeeper we encountered was pleasant. If I absolutely had to stay, I probably would have taken the other room—but given the circumstances, we chose to leave.

The best part of this hotel is the location. It’s very convenient to the airport and nearby areas, which would normally make it a solid choice. Unfortunately, between the renovations, the condition of the room entry, and the overall atmosphere, this just wasn’t a comfortable experience for us.

Great location but an old run down property. Expected more from a Wyndham brand.
Pros:

Staff and Location! Able to open window for fresh morning air. Great Television. Plug by beds. Great to have fridge and microwave in room. Bed mattress very comfortable. Free Parking. Wifi

Noisy above, from room above. I could easily here people walking and thumping from room above. Mold behind toilet on lower end on bathtub side, desk shade broken and cracked. Desk chair broken. Very bright light shining in window all night, the light spread out and not just down. Base boards very dirty. Cigarette burn on the tub.
The the thin medal base around the bed, below mattress to floor, made a very loud echoey noise if bumped slightly(poor design choice)
