Pros:

We left the site before breakfast was available. The location is in an excellent location.

Cons:

Our room door didn’t close. We had to force it close and most of the outlets did not work. We had to charge our devices before returning or take turns using the one by the sink.

No stress à côté des docks
Pros:

D’abord la situation géographique, c’est le quartier des docks avec une belle promenade des très bon restos de poissons du jour et évidemment des bon restos tacos!
L’hôtel a un grand parking gratuit et un plus petit avec ses accès selon les chambres
La piscine est très bien surtout en fin d’apreme
RaS pour la chambre, style motel propre

Cons:

Tout etait ok dans l’ensemble ça reflétait la description juste en effet un manque d’isolation acoustique mais peut être juste c’était lié au manque de respect de l’occupant de la chambre d’à côté et du volume de ça télé

Some of the guest were loud, smell Marijuana, in the hallway we had Hugh water bugs in our room, the door keys kept failing, the first room we were in, broken floor tiles,blood on the sheets.

A good clean, basic hotel in a great location
Pros:

I enjoyed this basic hotel. The staff is great. The location is terrific and the breakfast was everything I needed. The parking was free/included Many hotels in this neighborhood charge for parking.

I think the pool filter needs a couple new cartridges.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked a 2-night stay (July 3–5, 2026) through Cheapoair on May 31, 2026, for one room with two beds. After reading some concerning reviews, I had a bad feeling and decided to call the hotel before my trip to confirm my reservation. I also informed the receptionist that I might arrive late because I planned to spend time in Los Angeles before driving to San Diego. The receptionist confirmed they had my reservation and assured me that late check-in was not a problem, saying I could check in anytime after 3:00 PM.

However, when I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 PM on July 3, I was shocked. The front desk receptionist told me that the hotel had canceled my reservation due to flooding and that I needed to “talk to your third party.” She was rude, showed no empathy, and offered no assistance whatsoever.

It was 11:30 at night, and I was left stranded in an unfamiliar city with nowhere to stay. I immediately called Cheapoair, and they told me they had never received any cancellation notice from the hotel. If the hotel truly had to cancel reservations because of flooding, why didn’t they notify me directly after I had already called to confirm my reservation? Why wasn’t Cheapoair informed so they could help me find another hotel before I arrived?

This experience was incredibly stressful and completely unacceptable. A hotel should never leave guests without accommodation in the middle of the night, especially after confirming the reservation in advance. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guests’ well-being were beyond disappointing.

If you’re considering staying here, be aware that even a confirmed reservation may not mean you’ll actually have a room when you arrive. I strongly recommend booking somewhere else if you want peace of mind and professional customer service.
