The location was great and the staff extra helpful! We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!! This time for 2 night stay! Kids had so much fun in the waterpark!!!

Pros:

Reception was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Restaurant staff were amazing and accommodating. It was a very long day of driving and a very late arrival. They pleasantly helped me with best options for food and beverage and escorted me to my room to enjoy there.

Overall we were very happy but we would probably eat somewhere else.

The staff was amazing, and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The food was ok. It was under seasoned and some of the dishes were a bit cold. It would have been. I’ve if breakfast was included.

A quiet and comfortable location for a quick overnight business stay. Had a great sleep!
Pros:

Room service was prompt and tasty, menu options were very tempting. The workout area was small but functional. The room was spacious and very quiet. Super comfortable bed!

Exceptionally Pleased with this Hotel.
Pros:

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Location for our visit was fantastic. Infact, I re-booked the same room for our next visit. Coffee bar in the lobby was a great service. The pool was exceptional.

Great time attending the rider game
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious, pool was fun , French Press across the street excellent. Allowed an early checkin. Restaurant was very good.

it was relaxing
Pros:

tim hortons was near the place, lots of restaurants and shoppers was just across if we need something. Life jackets were available and lifeguards are there to assist
