Pros:

We’ve stayed at The Atlas Hotel a few times before, typically this has been a fairly positive experience. The waterslides are tons of fun, location is good, and staff is friendly.

Cons:

There were a few glaring issues this stay, the first and foremost being that there was what appeared to be dried blood on one of the bed sheets. In addition to this, there was some mystery red stain on the curtains. This was disgusting and absolutely unacceptable for the cost of staying here. Moving on, the waterpark itself is need some repairs. Several aspects of the water feature were non functional, tiles are falling off the wall near the pool, and there’s hand drawn instructional signs at the top of the waterslide. In addition to this, on the night we stayed, there was essentially no order with some guests completely disregarding the posted waterslide rules by going multiple at a time or ignoring the green/red lights. Overall, this was definitely a disappointing experience and has us reconsidering future visits.

The rooms are good.
Pros:

Not including complimentary breakfast is not good and made us not happy. other families we came together had in their hotels- Day inn Hotel and they had same amenities.

Pros:

Clean and friendly staff. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delicious. The home made home fries were my favourite

Unexpected gem
Pros:

The two dining locations at the hotel made it convenient to have meal that wasn't fast food. Pub was good for happy hour and dining room had a good breakfast menu

Cons:

We didn't expect a room overlooking the waterslide, but for families with children it was a great hotel feature.

Not what I expected at all.
Pros:

Room was clean

Cons:

Air conditioning didn't work in hallways. Pool area was not what I expected. My truck was hit in the parking lot , someone posed as a manager and claimed it was where I parked.
