Travelodge by Wyndham Niagara Falls Lundys Lane

This was a typical hotel with typical amenities, and I was happy with my stay. We visited in early october and my only disappointment was that the pool was very cold. It was too cold to go swimming and it was something I had looked forward to when booking this hotel.

The hotel closed down a month ago and we were not notified!! We arrived at 11:30pm to a boarded up hotel. I cannot believe we were not notified for us to rebook another hotel. I had booked it months ago and even received a 24 hour reminder for hotel checkin.

Property was close but still active in your app.

Not having anything we needed. ANTS on the sheets the building was falling a part. CARPETS dirty as hell. I had my 3 kids with me and it was sad.

Not what advertised. But still ok.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Very dirty and room pictures are not even close to the reality of what the real rooms look like.
Bed bugs and filt everywhere. We got sick and plan on taking legal action against Travelodge and hotels.com for misleading

The room service did not clean the room and or provide clean towers, the remotes of the Tv did not work , I complained to staff and they were not helpful at all . The door was very hard to open and or closed it ,Very bad service, and the hotel is in bad conditions.
Is not worth it.

Would not recommend staying here. Room had heavily stained carpets and ants in both freshly made beds. Property had overflowing garbage cans that littered the stairwells to rooms. Front desk was of no help as they would not answer calls from my room or directly from Expedia and could have cared less when trying to address my biggest issue which was ants in both beds.

The Customer service is great very friendly, the property doesn't look like the pictures on expedia.
the building is old, the room was okay except for the beds, noisy and not comfortable. The Restaurant is not open. The pool is old and we couldnt use it because someone was cleaning the floor and they closed the area. The Breakfast is very limited, no healthy options just bread and cereal. They also ask for a credit card to hold $100 that is supposed to be refunded after the stay but i never received it back instead was charged $73. I dont even know for what.No Fridge in the room or a safe box. Not a good experience.

The staff was nice. There was no soap or shampoo. No garbage can in bathroom. Ants in bathroom and in the bed. No bed bugs but found food behind the bed. Then there was an extra charge for property fee on top of the expedia price. I could have picked a more expensive place if I had have known. I have never paid extra when booking through expedia at any other place. The breakfast was basic and no hot food. The staff was friendly which was the best part.

Not a good experience. We paid way too much for a crappy stay with the family. The hotel is super sketch. Not very clean. There's people living there with them hanging out in the parking lot and in front of their rooms. When you have to enter your room from the outside, this just makes it really weird and sketchy. The beds were tiny and mattresses were terrible. Will never stay again and would not recommend to anyone!

Couldn’t check in due to fire alarm.

Worst hotel ever, pay extra for parking, microwave and fridge, tv did not work, no plugs to charge your phone, smells of raid bug spray, bedding was dirty, Would not refund even though i was only there less then 30 minutes.

The room was filthy. The other guests on our floor had us up until 3:30 am slamming doors. We couldn’t reach the front desk person when we called. The “breakfast” was a joke. We will never stay here again.

Le point positif, c est le personnel qui a aidé à régler les problèmes. Machine à café non nettoyé et ayant un insecte mort à l’intérieur, ça été immédiatement remplacer par un appareil neuf. il manquait des serviettes et nous les avons eu rapidement. Le déjeuner était minimal mais convenable et une attention à la propreté par le personnel.
La piscine était belle et propre.
Point négatif= le ménage de la chambre au quotidien, était que de laver le plancher pour que ça sente bon. La literie n est pas changé pour nos 3 nuits, je n ai pas demandé de la changer dans une optique d environnement. Le câble est pas très fort donc la télé n est pas à son meilleur, mais bon on était là pour visiter. Le wifi est minimal mais,pour les email , c est bon….demander un dépôt de 100$ sur carte de crédit ou 300$ sur débit sans prévenir et l annoncer dans notre transaction, aurait sûrement fait un autre choix d hôtel, ce n est pas un 4 ou 5 étoile avec un bar dans la chambre…donc afin d assurer mes arrières, j’ai filmé la chambre avec son contenu, les bris à mon arrivée et à mon départ car le dépôt est supposé être retourner de 3 à 5jours après notre départ….ca c est un irritant….de plus, à notre jour de départ, le système de climatisation coulait sur le sol, j ai essuyé le tout et fermé le système pour ne briser quoique se soit et j’ai avisé la réception, c était la chambre 121…
En conclusion, pour le prix, c était convenable mais la prochaine fois, je mettrai un petit 50$ pour aller ailleur.

We booked a room with two queen size bed and they were barely full size beds plus it was not comfortable. The furnitures did not match at all, it was an ugly set up. No microwave in the rooms, they had one in the lobby which you had to leave your room to warm up your food and share with strangers.The breakfast was barely okay, didn't even have any water. The staff were okay, I didn’t have any problem with them, it was a simple check-in and out. The hallways smelt like old grease. The hotel needs a major renovation. For the price it was not worth it at all. Would not recommend. Only convenient was that it was a few miles away from the falls. The indoor pool was clean but no towels.

but when i was trying to book another day extra , the lady asked for 275 dollar extra , so we didn't do that , that is redicoulos
breakfast is simple but okee , only sikhs ?
