I would stay here again just for the view as it was beautiful.
Pros:

Beautiful view and could sleep with the slide door open and hear the ocean.

Cons:

Rooms were like stepping back into the 70’s. Clean but needs an update. There was construction that started at 7:00am which was loud and right outside the door.

Poor quality great location

Cons:

The hotel was not very clean. Hand rails were sticky from never being cleaned. The room had torn curtains. Dirty bath tub, noisy air conditioning and the general state of the accommodation was dated and has obviously suffered from a lack of investment in guest experience.

The Sea view was good. but the facility is not and needs a full make over.

Cons:

The Facility is old and it appears in every corner of this motel, hallways smell of smoking all over , when they advertise that it is smoke free, Front desk staff are none hospitable, Rest rooms do not have a suction fan, and no microwave in the rooms. furniture is cheap, old and raggedy, The location and sea view are good however this facility needs full make over.

I never had to cross the street they came to me.
Pros:

Stoney’s Pizza rt across the street is great food the beach is the place to be . Boardwalkers are quick there. It is the spot. If you are there you will know .

Cons:

Walls . It was no peaks just walls. But the property was California style perfectly.

Cons:

The room wasn’t very clean. Sand was on the floor, in the corners, shower and sink. Shower pan needs to be replaced. It was stained with something brown all over the floor. Looked gross. Whole place needs some remodeling and up keep.
