pervert front desk
Pros:

it was loud and the front dest guy was really weird. I was with my daughter and he kept staring at her. hes a taller white or latino guy, creepy. She was wearing a swim suit and he kept staring. Shes only 8 years old!!!

Mixed feelings
Pros:

The room was immaculately clean, but overpriced for what it was.

Cons:

The curtains don't close - they are only decorative. This makes it difficult to sleep in late.
The hotel itself is old and tired - the carpets are disgusting and the building itself smells bad. However, once you get to the room, it is much nicer.

Pros:

Close to the beach. Room was big and surprisingly clean. Free parking.

Cons:

Dated and felt unkept and filthy in halls and around the property. Unsecured parking and many doors are open to the public.

Worn down hotel
Pros:

This property is so rundown and date it. It’s almost scary to stay there. I will say that our room king size ocean front with balcony was very clean and very comfortable nice view. But the hotel definitely needs a update
I stayed there years ago and it has only fallen apart even more. Location is OK a lot of homeless and a lot of construction going on.

Cons:

The overall look of the place inside and out except our room was nice

No frills budget choice in the HB area.
Pros:

Convenient, spacious room, comfortable bed, free parking, and near the beach! The Golden Olive Restaurant across the street has amazing food for fans of Mediterranean cuisine.

Cons:

The hotel is very run down and the area is not the best. We had inconsiderate neighbors that had the TV blaring all night long, until 7am, both nights, but this was not the hotel’s fault. Considering the price point of other accommodations in the area, we were grateful to find a place we could afford.

The location is great to the beach and the Sealegs.

Cons:

Little outdated still. Need more outlets, lighting is outdated and dark in room. The guy that checked us in was not pleasant to deal with and we had more than 1 car and only let us keep 1 and there is no where within miles to have a car overnight at the beach. So that person went home even though they paid for room. No where on the website does it say 1 car an he tried to tell us it was on there.

I would stay here again just for the view as it was beautiful.
Pros:

Beautiful view and could sleep with the slide door open and hear the ocean.

Cons:

Rooms were like stepping back into the 70’s. Clean but needs an update. There was construction that started at 7:00am which was loud and right outside the door.
