I was ther it was fine .
Pros:

Rite on the beach short walk to Sealeggs. Board walk bus stops, It’s all there.

Counter worker who doesn't like his job.

The chubby kid who wears the mask I don't think he likes his job he was rude to my wife and l basically yelling we CANT CHECK IN UNTIL 2PM even when I asked to pay extra to check in at 1pm also he wanted to put us on the Traffice side of the hotel but I paid extra to be put on the ocean view side

Really enjoyed the location, but would not recommend for solo female traveller
Pros:

Fantastic location right by the beach. Beautiful sunset!

Cons:

The door to re-enter the hotel from the back had the pad for the key entry, but it did not latch so non-guests could enter the hotel.

Do not stay here.
Pros:

The room had a horrible odor that seemed to be coming from the bedroom sink area and the bathroom. It was a very prominent mildew smell that made my nose, lungs, and throat burn. It seems to be a very serious plumbing issue.

The location is amazing , walking distance to everything
And room was a little out dated but really clean, especially the room floors
I really appreciate when the floors are cleaned very well .
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly ..
