Home away from home. Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Family friendly, great pool area. Facilities excellent. Gym, laundry, restaurant and small shop on site.
Free Hourly shuttle during the day to Universal studios
Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable.
Staff excellent and very friendly.

Cons:

A bit away from everything other than Universal. But if have own car or happy to use Uber etc it’s fine.

La struttura è bella, ordinata e accogliente. Nonostante fosse più adatta alle famiglie (per via della piscina), mi sono trovata davvero bene. Personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Il wifi è fantastico, prende in ogni angolo della grande struttura. Stanze ampie e pulitissime. Ottimo!

Bir tatil için en önemli şey kahvaltıdır çünkü uyandığınız zaman dışarı çıkıp kahvaltı yapacak yer bilmiyorsunuz zamanınızda yoktur o yüzden tesisteki kahvaltı çok önemlidir ancak burada kahvaltı o fiyatına dahil değil ayrıca alabiliyorsunuz ama açık büfe kahvaltı çok kapsamlı değil daha çeşitli olmasını dilerdim ayrıca checkin yaparken hesabımdan 600 $ depozito almalarına rağmen daha sonra 85 $ tekrar çekilmiştir bu hususta hiç hoşuma gitmedi bir de ilk gün fitness‘ta ne kadar güzel fitness yapacağız diye konuşurken ertesi gün fitness‘ın tadilat nedeniyle kapandığını maalesef öğrenmiş olduk bunun da kapalı bir sezonda yapılması veya müşteriye önceden haber verilmesi güzel olurdu bunlar küçük detaylar ancak küçük şeyler büyük şeyler ifade eder ben yapıcı eleştiri olsun diye bunları söylüyorum otelinizin daha iyi olması için geri bildirimleri yapmak istedim

The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. The location is convenient, with Universal Studios nearby.

It would be nice if complimentary bottled water were provided in the rooms rather than only paid options. The kids’ bunk bed in the family room felt somewhat outdated, and our room was a bit noisy due to road traffic. The breakfast was a la carte and quite pricey for the quality.

Pros:

Easy parking, straight forward check in, rooms were in excellent condition and well cleaned, lovely having a balcony.

Cons:

Car parking charge, I don't think anyone likes a parking charge but I feel if customers are staying afew days these charges could be reduced.

Weekend stay for our son’s birthday. Visited Dodger stadium, city walk and took a trip down to Disney for a day
