Second time . Love the pool, love the staff and the restaurant! I love the decor and vibes .. it’s my favorite la hotel.
The window door would not open ! We even read the guide. Also - I was able to bid on a room with bunks but lost and that was so disappointing! Lastly the elevators are hit or miss!
We had only a short time there but used the Pool, bar and resteraunt. All were top notch.

What a retreat for the busy studio goers. Don't miss out, the pool, the hot tub, the gym are excellent, cozy atmosphere with great food and drinks.
You hear the busy roads in the vicinity but it's something which isn't super dominant so not a huge concern.
This place has a cool vibe and seems to be customer service forward in its approach...
Super bien placé entre les diverses autoroutes, Universal avec navette gratuiteet Hollywood via Laurel Canyon , c’est le point fort ensuite c’est très bien agencé entre bar piscine chambres et restaurant, tout est sur place et le confort est parfait
Tout est super cher , une simple pâtes bolognaise à 36$ + fees + tax mais c’est le prix à payer pour l’emplacement et si vous cherchez un peu il y a plein de restos autour dont Angelino sur Lankershim à 500m attention le soir voiture obligatoire les alentours dans le noir pas terrible !
Everyone was so friendly, I loved the ambience of the hotel. The restaurant was delicious and I love that they have a little store on site. The trolley to universal studios was huge for us as we did not have a vehicle.

The rooms were so tiny. I wish there was a little more space for a kids suite. I don't think the price necessarily matched the space/room.
The atmosphere and style was great. My kids loved the pool and spent as much time there as possible. Access to a great restaurant also brilliant.
Clean, great atmosphere, location ideal
Bunk bed in kids room were literally for small kids lol. AC unit didn't quite keep the bunk bed area cool.
