Great staff, they helped us with all of our questions and were very responsive. The location in Downtown Halifax is prefect, for eating and events or just touring the city.
It would be nice is the Suites offered a few more amenities, like silverware, plates. Maybe even a small dishsoap. It was also weird that there was no recycling bin.
Every Thing was good
The only problem was parking the area is to small.
A bit out dated. Free breakfast was excellent but very slow, servers were great.
Lumières tamisées qui laissent un doute planer sur la propreté.
Location was great
Gap in our door you could see through to the hall with door close
The air conditioning in the room did not work very well. The room was always very warm
clean and spacious room
no parking
The location is perfect. Walking distance to just about everything. The room we had was the king with separately living and it was great. Loved the separation and the room size was large. The bed was very comfortable and the shower , with rainfall shower head was awesome.
Parking was down the block and you had to walk to drop off and get your car. It was raining and with luggage , not ideal. Valet parking was only available at certain times . The walls were paper thin and I could hear every conversation in the room beside me.
The location can't be beat! My girls love the pool and the cookies, which are a nice touch. The room was nice and large and allowed us to put the kids to bed and still stay up with the door to the bedroom.
The room felt tired- there was a weird slant at the north end of the living room, so the table was on an angle also. I noticed chips and wear and tear on the room that just made it feel a little old. We couldn't get the mirror in the bathroom to turn off, and the plug was hard to use as it's located essentially behind the mirror. I also feel like the parking change should have been communicated prior to our stay- we planned to be able to leave items in the car when we thought it was in the secure lot we've had during previous stays and had to adjust when we realized we were now in a public parking garage.
Location was great
Mold in Bathroom which should be unacceptable, when we arrived our room was hotter than a sauna. Thankfully there was a maintenance worker who could turn the heat completely off as that was the only solution. Room was not very clean compared to other options in the area.
The studiio is a great space.
We were there for a 16th birthday party. The hot tub was green and there were things floating in it. There was a hazard cone placed beside it but no notice not to use it. We didn't use it but it was a safety concern.
Room was well laid out, clean and comfortable. Great for business or leisure trip.
