Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel et l'emplacement parfait

Cons:

Un service de chambre trop rare. Pour un séjour de 4 jours le lit n'a jamais été fait, je trouve dommage, pour moi c'est normalement pour cela aussi que je choisis un hôtel plutôt qu'un RBNB.

Glad to find a room, very disappointed with the hotel.

Availability of rooms.

Cons:

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Hallways to rooms are accessed through old opened narrow doorways (unsafe in case of emergencies). Dark, unclean carpeting, poor lighting, dim light bulbs in bathroom in different colors, no tissues, with only a tiny one-set of soap/shampoo/conditioner for 2 guests. Towels dingy, worn out.

Very disappointing.
Cons:

Absolutely ridiculous to not have breakfast included then paying $40 for a family of a four and it is a Lukewarm reheated day after day buffet style breakfast that is included at every other hotel. All hours for pool and water parks throughout the entire hotel were wrong. Staff “couldn't” find that we paid extra for breakfast then told us not to book through third parties when booking through your website cost even extra.

It want worth it, would rather have slept in my pickup!

Big room is about all the good I can say about the place

Cons:

Where to start, pool areas aren’t maintained, no towels, dirty bathrooms, thrash scattered about. People yelling and banging on doors all hours of the night, tried to get ahold of someone but line was always busy
