The size of the room was decent and the staff was nice.
This hotel is okay in a pinch and for one night if you just need to make a quick stop on and off the highway. I would not stay here if you are looking for an enjoyable or fun place to stay in Rapid City. Not only is the property not very attractive, there was a big light outside of our room that shined right in through the curtains at night. We had to take chairs to pin the curtains against the wall at night to keep the light from shining in. In addition, the hotel was very noisy and not well insulated from noise. You could hear people outside in the halls just having normal conversations, especially at night.
Bed was comfy good location
The 1st room stunk of mold or mildew so heavy we couldn't bare to be in the room 2 minutes the older lady a director I think was rather rude and short very argumentative about the room the breakfast was over priced buffet the quality of the food was very subpar dry eggs a old and stale potatoes and cheese I could not eat any of it.

De shuttle was niet blijven wachten en de chauffuer was niet binnen komen kijken. Vlucht was later + lang wachten op bagage en hij was naar hotel terug gekeerd. daar het al 23u was , was dat niet aangenaam als alleen reizende
I was promised a ground room when Imade my reservation and twice they confirmed to me that there was INDEED the ground room reserved. Only to be told during checking in that there were NO ground floor rooms available! Even though my room was completely already paid in full! What crock of shit and I will NEVER stay there again. And the staff are not very friendly once they've taken your money.
No real clear directions of where all the buildings are at. You need to post signage outside with arrows or such pointing you to buildings locations!
Convenient location. Stayed during Sturgis Rally week. Comparable room, was on the first floor and had a patio. The courtesy airport shuttle was nice, and the pool/hot tub was large, with a lot of tables and chairs.
The carpet seemed sticky, and the desk chair was stained and the back was ready to fall off. Some amenities were only located in certain buildings.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived at the wrong location and gave directions to my proper location.
It was the highest price that I paid for a room on my whole week trip and didn’t offer a continental breakfast.
Nette schone kamers. De kamer is groot, de badkamer is klein. Wel alles zeer netjes en zuiver. Personeel aan de receptie ook vriendelijk. Aan de rand van Rapid City. Prima voor een overnachting op doorreis.
De prijs is aan de hoge kant, er zit geen ontbijt bij.
