It was worth the cost
Pros:

We liked the room in general, it was very spacious.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit too squishy for our preference. I wish they had been a little more firm and provided more support.

Pros:

Beds are firm. Water flow big/ strong and have bath tub.

Cons:

Opens beer cans in the drawer next to bible book between two bed. Cleaning supplies are with small bottles. Water park seems not operated in the day time as no one at there but just us and cant play so we go to pool side but not good air to breath as all doors are closed. Request for the senior with walker but get the 2nd floor with no elevator and the room is middle of the exit to walk. Kids crying and knocking the side doors.

Was not good at all.
Pros:

Rapid city south Dakota my girlfriend's wallet went missing from the room we rented. I told the housekeeping that we didn't need are room cleaned until we check out, then we went to go get something to eat,we got back and the room was cleaned and my girlfriend's wallet went missing also..

The housekeepers that don't speak English.

Great beds, not worth the stay.
Pros:

The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well.

Cons:

The “water park” was horrifying. Hardly any parental supervision, and a ton of kids not following rules on the slides. I truly am glad we didn’t see anyone get terribly injured or die. No towels in the pool areas. The hot tub was filthy. The bathtub was backing up and leaking. The front desk guy was less than friendly. I heard some guest complaining about some pervert in the pool area as soon as we got there.

Good sleep. Clean room. Nice pool areas. Restaurant was nice. Staff all over friendly.
Pros:

Comfy beds, helpful staff, clean room

Cons:

Little kid pool water was a little too cold but not horrible, rooms are a little outdated, price was a little much for the quality of room/all over hotel.

Un service de chambre trop rare. Pour un séjour de 4 jours le lit n'a jamais été fait, je trouve dommage, pour moi c'est normalement pour cela aussi que je choisis un hôtel plutôt qu'un RBNB.

Glad to find a room, very disappointed with the hotel.

Availability of rooms.

Cons:

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Hallways to rooms are accessed through old opened narrow doorways (unsafe in case of emergencies). Dark, unclean carpeting, poor lighting, dim light bulbs in bathroom in different colors, no tissues, with only a tiny one-set of soap/shampoo/conditioner for 2 guests. Towels dingy, worn out.
