מקום טוב, בהתחשב במה שעלה לנו קיבלנו תמורה מצויינת. חדר עם מיטה גדולה שידות ארון הכול הגיע נקי החליפו לנו מגבות וסידרו את המיטה כמו שצריך באמת הצוות היה נחמד והמלון מאוד מאוד יפה במיקום מעולה הכול היה לנו קרוב היו מסעדות ושדרת קניות ממש במרחק הליכה והחדר אוכל היה טוב עם מבחר מספק של נקניקים וגבינות ולחמים ומגוון רחב של קינוחים והייתה גם מכונת קפה טובה ובאמת מלון טוב לאלו שבאים לטייל בעיקר רוב היום וצריכים את המלון נטו כדי לאכול ארוחת בוקר ולישון ולהתקלח חחח

Pros:

It’s close to public transport

Cons:

The room was very old and in bad condition. There was mold in bathroom, bath was damaged and leaking. Furniture was old, very used. Breakfast wasn’t good.

Lokalita hotela je super!
Personál je veľmi milý, izba čistá, postele vynikajúce, pohodlné matrace ! Jediné čo vadilo, že všetko bolo počuť ( celú noc) z vedľajšej izby, steny nie sú izolované.
Raňajky boli dobré, aj všetkého bolo dosť, stále odkladali ...

Buena estancia, cómodo y bien comunicado
Pros:

El personal era muy amable, las instalaciones eran cómodas, había bastante espacio en la habitación que nos tocó y el baño era amplio. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y el desayuno estaba bien. Estaba muy bien comunicado mediante transporte público, la estación de tren estaba a pocos metros.

Cons:

La zona en la que se encuentra el hotel podía parecer algo peligrosa ya que había bastantes personas durmiendo en la calle, pero al ser una ciudad tan turística podías andar tranquilamente de noche porque había mucho turista y muchos restaurantes y establecimientos abiertos hasta tarde.

Pequeno almoço bastante variado, quarto espaçoso e casa de banho era linda e bem equipada, ótimas toalhas e o secador de cabelo é ótimo, pedi chinelos e meu pedido foi atendido 😁 a localização é perfeita muito perto da estação termini. Nos deixaram guardar as malas no Checkout, o rececionista do nosso Checkout foi muito simpático.

Cons:

Ar condicionado de um dos quartos não funcionava mesmo tendo reclamado na recepção nada foi feito infelizmente no verão de 37graus foi decepcionante, também nos negaram um edredom extra ao pedirmos um outro edredom a recepcionista do dia do meu checkin respondeu dizendo que se estávamos com frio era só ajustar a temperatura do termómetro, nunca vi um hotel negar um edredom extra a um hóspede.
Também pedimos à noite do checkin para separar as camas o que nos foi confirmado que seria possível no dia seguinte, então reforçamos também o pedido com a equipe da manhã e disseram que seria feito, mas quando voltamos no fim do dia a cama continuava de casal tive que pedir os lençóis a recepção e fazer a separação eu mesma. A falta de comunicação entre a equipe nos decepcionou nestas questões.

Friendly Staff, Perfect Location
Pros:

I had a lovely one-night stay at Hotel Milani. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is great—only about a 3-minute walk from the train station and around 20 minutes on foot to the city center, which made everything very convenient.

A special thank you to Nadia and Beatrice at reception—they were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful. They really made my stay even more enjoyable.

I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Rome and definitely recommend it!

Pros:

Great location being close to transport, friendly and helpful staff. A good standard room to stay to sleep.Great air conditioning. Note to others, one of the exits at Rome Termini is way closer than the other!

Cons:

There were a few basic vegan breakfast options provided like vegetables and bread and a sweet item and after asking onsite, a croissant. The manager did get soy yogurt and vegan butter for the rest of the time though. But it would be nice if at least yogurt and vegan butter were standard offerings.

Genialna lokalizacja w pobliżu Termini, skąd można dojechać wszędzie, gdzie się chce.
Pros:

Wygodne duże łóżko i doskonała lokalizacja.

Cons:

Bardzo monotonne śniadania. Chociaż z drugiej strony nie były one „w stylu włoskim” i każdego poranka byliśmy najedzeni, więc może nie ma co narzekać 🙂
